4 stars because Jeremy figured out what happened to our projector when the installer couldn't find it at the store. Otherwise, it would be 1 star. Jeremy canceled the store pickup and ordered it for home delivery. Now we'll see if it arrives on time. The next install appointment is 2 weeks from now. Definitely think Best Buy should do better in making sure things are in store for scheduled installations!

Nope. Customer service doesnt translate from online. Wont buy anything from best buy stores again, probably not online either.

Went to look for new samsung 95 d no store had it . I did see the 90d in the orem store it was a customer return it had a good price but buying a high-end t.v is to risky they told me you could only return for 48 hrs. I felt like best buy is struggling no longer has experts to answer any technical questions.

Unfortunately, the staff did not even try to help us, we came at 7 pm, they said that you can come tomorrow at 10 am, although we explained that we were passing through. It's not a good impression.

A totally recommended store ?All their employees always welcome us very friendly with a smile and a greeting.
On one occasion we were assisted by a very kind and efficient young man named Jacob. He speaks different languages. He explained and helped us perfectly with what we needed. ??

I use to love Best Buy. However; now you cannot even talk to a local store. I pay 200.00 a year for their membership which I am canceling. I was trying to order a phone and cannot even do it on their website. Over best buy.

Came in on May 20th to buy a fridge and we were helped by Mario is Customer Service, he was so nice and so patient with us. He stayed a few minutes after close to help us and he did not complain, he still took the time to explain everything. He set us up with delivery and instillation which was awesome, we didn’t even know that Best Buy offered that! I really appreciate everything he did for us! ?

Always pretty simple to find what I need. Would be nice if stuff were cheaper but that’s not even Best Buy’s issue, just the way things are nowadays lol
