Very disappointed. I went to have my dog groomed, but was turned away because all vaccinations were not quite up to date. Expired one month prior and was never told of these requirements even when I asked at time of making appointment. Then I was charged a cancellation fee. They need to train their staff.

This is our go to veterinary hospital even though we no longer live in Ogden. It’s clear that the staff genuinely love what they do, and they treat every animal as if it were their own. Wasatch Hollow Animal Hospital is more than just a clinic; it’s a place where you feel like family. We are so grateful to have found such a dedicated and loving team to care for our pets. Thank you for all that you do—you have our highest recommendation!

Such an amazing staff! The vets are top-notch and provide quality care. Outside of their regular clients, they always make time for sick or injured animals that are confiscated by Animal Control or are at the Weber Shelter. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

The service is fantastic. They are great with my pet. However, this business model is severely lacking for a mission of wanting to do right by pets. I spent $500+ yesterday for an eye operation and my cat snapped his e-collar, and they couldn't offer us a complimentary one as part of the treatment (which would be a business write-off as it's supplies for the post-op). I don't understand why they wouldn't provide post op supplies as part of the treatment. So yes, they are my first choice and I also see a gap in care, with $$ money $$ being your golden ticket to the best care.

Every vet, every nurse, every assistant, and every receptionist at Wasatch Hollow have always gone above and beyond for my pets. They work late into the night, they come in early, they all continuously pursue education, and I’m so glad I found them.
I started coming here in 2018 or 2019? With my single dog, Annie. In 2020 they did everything they could to help me find answers when her body suddenly failed her, and were incredibly compassionate when she passed away. I now take my entire menagerie there for every odd symptom they come up with to throw at the Wasatch Hollow team.
Please be kind to the veterinary caregiving world. They aren’t in it for the money. They don’t make exorbitant amounts of money. They cry when your pets aren’t doing well. And they get excited to see a wiggly, happy dog every. single. day.
Wasatch Hollow is one of the good ones. Keep on keeping on, team ❤️

We love Wasatch and their amazing staff! We brought our momma dog in after having a litter of puppies for the first time which was a very pleasant experience for all. We have been taking our two dogs and cat (who we adopted from Wasatch Hollow) ever since. We have always felt well informed and know our pets will be taken care of with the utmost love and respect. They are a knowledgeable team that is always willing to answer any questions or concerns if ever they arise. I could not recommend this clinic enough!

Absolutely love taking my 3 fur babies to Wasatch Hollow! The staff is super friendly and the doctors truly care about what is best for my dogs. I want to give a big shout out to the practice manager Britt and her staff, I appreciate EVERYTHING they have done for my fur babies.

Let me first start by saying that they have saved my dogs numerous times. Their staff is incredibly personable. You can really tell they actually care about your pets. It feels like a family every single time we bring our fur babies in. Their staff manager is kind and professional and we adore her so much! Never going anywhere else.

They got my dog in last minute because he had an infection. The staff did an amazing job, and so did the practice manager. Honestly won’t take my dog anywhere else!! They truly make my dogs and I feel like I’m family

A few weeks ago my wife and I had to say goodbye to our baby girl, Mischief. For 11 years we gave her all the love, care and comfort she deserved. Wasatch Hollow and their staff have been a major part in making sure our puppy stayed happy and healthy. They were always glad to see Mischief come through the door. When we took her for our final goodbye the whole staff was considerate and accommodating and made us feel comfortable in one of our most difficult times. I cannot recommend them enough. I want to sincerely thank them all for the support they gave my wife and I. We will continue to bring our animals here and nowhere else.

Took our dog here as her first vet in Ut since moving to Ut. The staff was very kind and gentle and helped ease all anxiety pup and us had. They laid out there process for things and pricing very simply which helped us feel comfortable. Can't wait for our next appt with such a great staff. Thank you!
