Talk about above and beyond! Seth was doing our hardwood floor resurface and had to go in our basement to shut off the pilot lights. We chose to get the floor done when we would be out of town so the fumes would not be a problem for us. Seth noticed that our sump pump hose had come loose and was pumping water into our basement. He called us and spent his own time stopping the flow of water into the basement and allowed us to get a restoration company onto the flooding basement before the damage could spread any further.On a side note :), the floor was a five star finish. It looks so nice we have started to have all our meals on the floor now...kiddingProfessional company and great employees/owners

The Lambert team was the best to work with!! These people are professionals and treated us with tact and grace. We had our 1945 original hard wood floors restored and rebuilt our stairs leading to the basement. We were relocating from another state and wanted to get the ball rolling before our household goods were delivered so a lot of the arrangements were made over the phone with Karen, she is very knowledgeable and gives it to you straight, we are thankful for her expertise and guidance during this process. Seth went above and beyond for us and was very accommodating from beginning to end. I highly recommend Lambert hardwood flooring!

Kathleen works at the front desk, and she is an absolute wealth of knowledge I have never encountered someone in my life at a front desk that is more competent and capable and helping you to make the right decisions for your flooring job than Kathleen. I probably visited Lambert and talked to installers and multiple people there five or six times getting advice and help choosing the right products in order to be able to do the floor refinish myself they were invaluable every step of the way telling me things that I could not find anywhere online and giving me the right supplies to make the job as beautiful as it can be I applied bona traffic HD it was very challenging to apply and took a lot of research and skill to get a clean application I'm certain it would have failed if I'd gone anywhere else to purchase it and get advice.

I just called to ask a question from an issue I had with another local flooring company. I did not get the name of the lady that helped me, but she was so kind to take time to help me understand options and questions to go back and ask my builders. I so appreciate the time she took to hear my problem with my floor and the advice she gave me. This showed how much knowledge she had and her care for others. If we have a need for flooring in the future we will visit them for sure! I also love they are a local family business. Another great reason to show them support. Thanks for your help!!

I shopped around and they offered the best value and pricing and were way easier to schedule with. We've now had 2 installs by Lambert and aside from our beautiful floors my real favorite was how awesome it was to work with Adam and his team. Highly recommend!Service: Installation

Lambert Wood Flooring did an amazing job installing our floors! We replaced 20 year old laminate with engendered hardwood and by doing so, completely elevated the quality of our home. Everyday I look at my floors I love them even more! I’m so glad I ended up going with engineered hardwood and not LVP.They were great to work with, communicated well, they know what they are doing, got finished earlier then expected and take a lot of pride in what they do!I couldn’t be happier with they way they turned out! We built our home in 2017 and one of our tough choices was to go with a engineered floor supplied from our carpet company or to go with a true wood floor, we had been told by several sources since our house has radiant floor heat that the floor would need to be engineered. so one of our big concerns was the hardwood floor would shrink and split according to our carpet company We contacted Lambert Hardwood and met with Adam, he assured with the prepping the concrete the correct way that the hardwood would work and we would have no problems, now it has been 3 years and the floor has held up amazing, our kids use and abuse the floor bouncing basketballs on it every night, I did do the top finish which I would highly recommend, again the floor after 4 years still looks like new. thank you Lambert Hardwood Flooring !Service: Hickory wood

When we bought our house, our floors were in dire need of refinishing - including adding new boards where the previous owners had a leak and there was only plywood.
