Start to finish, I had a great experience with the team at Giant Carpet One. Paul helped me figure out exactly what I needed which made it an extremely easy process. The only reason I was there for so long is because Paul's got a great taste in music. All of the staff are professional, personable and more than helpful. We set the installation date while I was in store and had no problem with the install team who arrived exactly when they were supposed to and did a great job. Id add photos but I was too excited to move the furniture back in so I didn't get the chance. 10/10 would carpet with them again, in fact I will soon in the future when it's time to get my upstairs redone.

Shopped around to several carpet stores. Carpet giant prices were better on every carpet we looked at. The workers were great! They were on time, they were tidy and respectful. I don't like having strangers in my home and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable AT ALL. Carpet is laid down beautifully. Can't see the seams at all. So impressed. Would highly recommend ?

I had wanted to replace my townhouse carpet and my first stop for carpet shopping was Giant Carpet One in Riverdale. I was guided through the sale experience by their sales manager, Paul. He was wonderful and directed me to exactly what I wanted. It was such an easy process. The installation went off without a hitch. They sent a fabulous team of two installers. The two guys worked for 11 hours straight to get the job done in one day. I was amazed. And, even though they were probably dog tired, they did an excellent job and did not cut any corners. I’m very happy with the sales on the installation and highly recommend anybody to use this business.

We recently had carpet installed in our basement family room, and we couldn't be happier. Lauren really listened to us, and helped us pick carpet that would be just right without a high-pressure sale. Her communication and customer service was the best. Thomas, the installer, was very skilled and friendly, and he did a wonderful job. Thank you! We'll certainly be back the next time we have a flooring project.

From the moment we walked in the door the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable , and with their help we were able to pick out the best carpet and padding for our home. The price and installation were first rate! Overall a great experience and will not hesitate to use Giant Carpet One again for our flooring needs. This place is top-notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their carpet measure they sent out with smoke and hot definitely a 10 out of 10.
