“Kai pierced me and my friends 2nd and 3rd piercings. She was so lovely, she was thorough and knew what she was doing. She was clean and redid our marker dots several times to make sure they were perfect and we loved the placement. As for the negative reviews I’m seeing, just be respectful, don’t wear huge earrings in. Also, they work in a mall in the middle of an isle, so if they don’t acknowledge you at first cut them some slack people probably come up to glance and then leave all the time. And if your child is crying, these employees are piercers for people of all ages, it’s not their job to stop your kid from freaking out, that is your job. The employees are understanding and kind, but they can only do so much before it’s dangerous for them to pierce a wiggly screaming kid.”
“Ross has low-priced items on some name brand items throughout the store. This Ross on 12 St. and Wall Ave in Ogden is clean, stocked with new items daily, and has clean restrooms. The employees are friendly and will help you find what yo are looking for. There is a lot of parking at this location. However, it can be difficult to get back out on the main streets depending on the time of day.”

“Went to Costco in Ogden today to get my hearing checked on one of their busiest days. It was crazy at first sight, however lines were moving, people were courteous and lots of smiles. Great service from the hearing aids manager - he goes above & beyond. Delightful first experience with them. Still shopped and totally enjoyed my experience!”
“Bathrooms are 10/10The level of comfort and love that is in that bathroom the moment you walk in. A small open room to the side of the stalls and sinks with a changing table and chairs. Walked in did my business and never left.”

“Yesterday I went to the mall with my 2 step daughters to buy them some stuff for their birthday. I had just gotten my tonsils taken out 2 days earlier. I was having the worst experience in every single store. But I went to Journeys and I flagged him over and he immediately helped me find what we were looking for. He even helped order online what we couldn't find. He had a pen and paper at the ready for me. The best experience by far all day in the mall. He has long dirty blonde hair and was the sweetest guy. I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes from that store in the last 2 weeks and I will always get my shoes there. The best customer service ever. He didn't question how young I looked or why I had 2 younger kids with me, he wasnt rude to me when I asked for a pen and paper. He was kind and patient. I wish I could do more to help recognize how well this guy has done. He needs a raise.”

It helps me a lot.I have my orders delivered sometimes as well and they are always either early or right on time. “They are helpful and friendly. They have what I need and the pharmacy has access to the vaccinations I needed. The store brands are competitive as are their sales. I didn't know that if you go through the self checkout they have to count your items to match your receipt when you leave. So don't do a big shopping spree and do self checkout. Also I am missing the scanners at self check like they have in some of their other stores.”
