What kind of business doesn't know what they're doing if I customers called with a faulty garage door that open up in the middle of the night or someone else is opening your garage. Yet tried resetting it with the new keypad and it still being open by someone. You installed the unit at least you could of troubleshoot or come out and check it out . Even if we needed to replace the unit you could of had a sale. Man why even leave your business card in the customer's home ?? Your lost Randy

After being told I would receive an estimate I had to reach out three separate times to follow up on getting an estimate just to be told that they wouldn't be able to help me on my project. This wasn't a technical project. Save your time and your money and call someone who actually appreciates your business.

I got a "referral" from Next Door Neighbor. My garage door started buckling last night. So, I called this morning. Randy came out this afternoon. I needed new springs and a brace for the cracked door. He had the parts with him on his truck. Very friendly. Explained what needed to be done. Because it needed new springs, it wasn't cheap. His base price was VERY reasonable. But, I felt like we were served well. I would definitely call again if I needed further help.

The spring on my door broke. Crawford had installed the door and opener in 2004 so I called them first thing in the morning and Randy was able to replace the springs before noon on the same day. Pricing was fair and my door works flawlessly. Very professional and competent service. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again.

We had a great experience with Randy from Crawford. The spring broke on our garage door. I called Randy at 10:08 am to get a quote. The quote sounded reasonable and asked if he could fix it ASAP. He arrived to our house at 10:29 am that same morning. The garage door was fixed for the quoted amount and he was on his way by 10:50 am. Pretty incredible service to say the least and he was very friendly. We will definitely be using them again.

Garage Door opener broke, I usually would fix something like that myself but called Crawford due to the door needing some other repairs. Curtis came by quickly, ordered some parts and had me back up and running in short order. Crawford saved me $$ by servicing the door, fixing the part that was broken and by me not needing to buy a new opener. Customer service was seriously 110%, fast, friendly and super efficient and thorough. I think Crawford doors might have just earned a customer for life! Call these guys for all your overhead door needs, you won't be disappointed.

We just had them repair our garage door. They were fast, professional, courteous and reasonable priced. They were recommended to us by someone in Cache Valley and found them to be everything we were told they would be. Curtis & Randy were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them to others.

Ive always used Crawford door sales for my company account and have had great results! so when my home garage started acting up I gave them a call and they had me back and running same day! It's one thing to keep the company running, it's a hole other thing to keep MOMMA happy, and when her garage ain't working, ain't nobody happy! I had to get new remotes for my elderly mother and the gentleman working there was very helpful and knowledgeable about there products and even gave me a discount. Definitely worth the drive from Layton!!
