They got me in when my dog needed quick attention. Their prices were a little less than some other places. The Dr. Took time to answer lots of questions and I did not feel rushed. She also explained a lot about kidney lab results.

Our little guy always receives top-level love & care at Coldwater. The staff is always accommodating. Dr. Shupe has provided care for two previous pets, & his knowledge & expertise are what have kept us loyal to Coldwater Animal Hospital!

Our kitty was very sick and had to be seen at an emergency vet center. Follow up appointments with Coldwater have been excellent and we are happy to say kitty is doing so much better. Coldwater has been our vet for many, many years and Dr. Shupe and Dr. Crouch have taken excellent care of all of our pets. We wouldn't trust their care to anyone else. Thank you for being excellent vets and truly showing concern and care for all of our pets.

Our dog hates going to the vet and would give every vet ever 0 stars, lol. The caring staff here really try to work with him to help him feel comfortable though, so they get 5 stars from me!

We love Coldwater, specifically Dr. Shupe. He took great care of our older dog that just passed, and we continue to bring our other three animals here.

I think the vet does amazing work but the other staff seem to be allergic to answering the damn phone!

Google says closed Saturday and Sunday. They're actually closed Wednesday and Thursday. I'll have to come back tomorrow.

Cold Water did a great job. My dog had an ear infection. Our regular vets office was booked a week out. Cold Water got us in the next morning. The staff and vet did a great job assessing my dog and getting him the help he needed. Pricing for the exam and medication was in line with what we would have paid else where and cheaper than the emergency vet.

They have always been prompt with appointments and compassionate with my animals. When we had to put my cat down they were so understanding of our grief and mailed us a beautiful card from the whole office shortly after. Excellent vets!

Update: Unfortunately Dr Poll has retired. Dr Shupe performed FHO surgery on my Westie and is a great orthopedic surgeon.
