The people are friendly. The glasses are low quality and break easily. I got an eye exam and name brand quality glasses at Target for the exact same price!

I just call in today if they had send my glasses and have to talk to two different people because they can’t “find “ my information, and since they can keep good communication between than the lady first one name Linda and second one Stephanie . Told me they arrive today and when I reply nope don’t you lie because your coworker Edwin told me that were checking on the 4/27 so I just wanna know if you has send them and she ask her “boss name Dave “ Dave do send her glasses he reply yes and she said to me they will arrive tomorrow and I request to talk to the manager she refuse to transfer me the call and I said I will write an email to corporate in a very unprofessional tone she was like “ok Ok ok ok like they don’t care about the costumers ,, let see what that comment below respond to my email ,
I recommend people here but they all know this and I’m telling them to not go here never again ,7 years ago came to this place for the first time and every year after that ,Two weeks ago I came to take the exam, and someone named Edwin helped me order my glasses, and today I called him because I have not received any information and it turns out that he shamelessly tells me that my glasses arrived since 4/27 and they had not even informed me that they are ready to pick up and I asked him, if I didn't call, my glasses would have been there, to which he simply replied that he is not the person who forwarded them and that perhaps my information was wrong with a rude and aggressive tone, with a mocking tone. He told me you can come pick them up ,than he said sorry ok I’ll send them on Monday with a very rude tone , love the doctor in this office but the front end is VERY VERY RUDE ILL NEVER GET MY GLASSES FOR THEM AGAIN , and hope the storage manager sees this and given 1 star because there is no 0 option

Took my 3 girls for an eye exam and new glasses. The eye doctor was super amazing and friendly. And technicians were very friendly and very helpful in finding lenses for my girls. Each one of my girls got 2 pairs of glasses for 79.95 which is a great deal for a single mother of 3! Thank you all so much. Very great experience!

One time they had me wash my hands before trying on a pair of contacts and the sink was full of nasty rotten food. Every time I come here I think about that and it really ruins the vibe

Everyone here is so nice and really good at explaining everything so there's no surprises. I've been coming here for years because of how friendly they are, how great the prices are and how big of a selection they have available.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:10 today and when I showed up for the appointment they said they changed the name on it and gave the appointment to a patient that was already there, what is the point of us being able to schedule an appointment online if there just going to give it to someone else

You get what you pay for, is all I can say. Who wants to go discount when it comes to your eyes. I spent 287.00 for progressive lens with all the bells and whistles. The anti glare was non existent. Lens material seemed like really thin plastic. After returning for a redo, they got worst.. I think wearing the glasses I got, damaged my sight, even more.

I started receiving eye care here when I was 12. I am now 34, and this location has turned to absolute garbage. The people here are rude and full of attitude. It is January 22nd and I'm still waiting for my trial contacts. I don't want to order because I don't know if the prescription will be correct this time because the first pair they sent were incorrect. I seen the eye doctor December 30th. Also, they parade their pride flag around and this is a business, conduct yourself as so. Your personal beliefs do not reflect that of the business, keep it at home

Took my daughter for a special they had of 2 pair of glasses for 79.99 and and when she got there they told us it was only for men special and I she ended with almost $500 dollars bill I still have the screenshot of the special offer they shouldn’t post promotions that are not real

Zero empathy or consideration that things happen and to give people the benefit of the doubt that they try their best. Our 20 minute drive took 27 minutes because of an unexpected road closure we had to go around. The employee at the counter as we checked in said "unfortunately that was 7 minutes ago, you're going to have to reschedule, I have a digital appointment tomorrow." What the heck?! Most professionals allow a 15 minute window for such circumstances. I will take our business elsewhere. That's terrible customer service and a computer exam cannot examine the possible iris issue on the eye that we made the appointment for. Perhaps a blessing in disguise to now seek out a professional to assess it.

These ppl don’t even know how to do there job right can’t tell from 2 not 1 that’s why hay you have 2 glasses in front of you then you ring up 1 humm what this world coming too.
Never again will I come here so I’d advise you to be careful if you go here you will get rob.

Charged my insurance for a pair of glasses that I never received. Now I'm unable to get another pair of glasses or contacts until April 2024. 10/10 don't recommend.
