A great experience and I would most likely go again. They were very helpful with picking out a carpet to fit my needs and they were able to install it in about a week.
Prices were reasonable and I didn’t have to shop around to find a “good Deal”
The install of my small room was simple and straightforward
So why a 4 star rating? To get 4 stars you must hit on all cylinders.
The door was left without an edge piece. Just a carpet edge. See picture. The installer noted that he didn’t have one with him that but I could buy one in town and install it myself.

Replacing all of the flooring in our house was a long process, and in the end, we are so glad we chose to go with Abbey’s Carpet of Ogden.
At first, we considered doing it all ourselves. After speaking with a representative at the store for nearly an hour and doing lots of research, we realized this was over our heads. We needed lots of floor leveling to install the high quality LVP we were interested in.
After accepting the fact that we would hire out for the entire job, we got three quotes: one from a general home improvement store, a contractor who had a relationship with another flooring store, and Abbey’s. Abbey's not only came in with the best price, but they also had the best quality products, which is ultimately what led us to our decision to go with Abbey’s for the full job. They also connected us with their contractor to level the floor for a reasonable price.
We spent many hours sifting through samples with Kyle at the store; he answered all of our questions and gave us realistic expectations of the products and how much we should pay for what we wanted out of them.
Once we placed our order, there was a small mistake in communication between the staff, but it was quickly corrected by Michelle, who worked hard throughout the rest of our project to keep us up to date on all of our timelines.
We were really blown away by Beau. He was our in-house guy for the entire project, from taking measurements to installation; he did it all. His hard work and craftsmanship completely transformed our house into the home we imagined.
We would absolutely recommend you use Abbey’s Carpet of Ogden.

I recommend Abby's!!! I am extremely impressed with Terry & Chris who came to do my mom's kitchen, living room, hallways and bathroom! They were always on time. The first thing they would ask, when coming back was, is your mom happy???
They were professional with their work and very friendly and kind. Thank you again!! I'll be requesting them back for the next job.

Well..... we ordered some carpet from Abbey Carpet and when we were in the store the individuals were very rude. They wrote absolutely nothing down and took zero notes of what Carpet we wanted. Fast forward to the day it was supposed to be installed and the wrong Carpet arrived. Had to go back down to the store and pick out new carpet again. So unprofessional. Stay away from Abbys. Rude employees. Unprofessional business practices.

We used Abbey to refinish our hardwood floors. Do not use them! Within a few months the finish began to show big patchy discolorations. We contacted them and after multiple attempts to have the come look at it, they finally did. Then they told us that they wouldn't do anything about it. We are now left with a terrible looking floor. They told us that the finish would be warrantied, they do not stand behind their work.

I worked with Beau and he is great! I had both my basement and upstairs done. Beau's team did the install for the basement which was good. But then Beau did the install for upstairs and he did incredible! I was expecting some dings and touchups of my baseboards and walls, and there was nothing to touch up! Clearly he takes great pride in what he does and I will definitely be using them again.

Very unprofessional business. Installed hardwood extensions and refinished hardwood. Installer went on frequent LONG, unprovoked anti American, anti Christian tirades. We have several pictures of Christ around our home and apparently that was to much for him to take. Tore up our kitchen in middle of October and threatened to finish it in January, then Didn't show up for several scheduled appointments without letting us know and then ghosted us for long periods of time. Person scheduling was getting a kick out of putting us off because we complained about the installers behavior we assume. Would say maybe we can get you in next week. Then the person working with her would raise her eyebrows and say "Or Today". But she would just continue putting us off. I was very patient simply because I was being held hostage. If I could have fired them on the spot I definitely would have. The movie "The Money Pit" kept coming to mind. The floors turned out OK but it wasn't worth the mental anguish and frustration. I have seven more rooms that need new flooring and won't be repeating this mistake. I just wanted my floors done. Not all the drama.Service: Install flooring

This is the third time I have used Abbey Carpet. They always do great quality work. Prices are always within my budget for my flooring needs. Their contractors are very professional and quick! My favorite for local carpet and flooring needs!

My family has been doing business with Abbey Carpet for generations. Now that I'm moved out and was ready to replace the carpet in my own house I knew that I would be going to Abbey's. Well I was dead wrong, not only did I get the worst customer service from some young guy but he was not willing to work with my husband and I at all. The guy who help us acted like we weren't worthy of being in his presence, he was so rude and didnt even try to work with is at all. My family has never had this kind of service at Abbey's before so being treated the way we did was heart breaking. My family will never be returning to Abbey Carpet again and I'll be sure to mention the horribel service to all my friends.

We ordered carpet from them, it came in and they were able to hold on to it since we had other stuff to do still. They came out and installed the carpet, which were ordered very move carpet from them. They are friendly at ther store and the installers were friendly to. I'll get more variety from them when we are ready.
