Don’t usually leave bad reviews but this Bank is painfully slow. Staff is friendly no issues with them, but the Drive through has been down forever. Doesn’t seem like they’re ever going to fix it, and there’s only ever one employee actually working. They’re all friendly but plan on spending way more time than necessary while here.

They make it impossible to get PMI removed. One more payment and I’m done and will never have any kind of Wells Fargo account ever again! Total scam

Super slow, WAIT more than 30 min for a deposit?!!
Only one employee working and she couldn't handle the line of 6 people
First and last time I come to this bank.

My wife went in to consoldate a savings account. Adam wouldnt allow here to close and tried to pressure her into locking her money in CD. This was absolutely rediculas to not allow someone to close an acocunt.

Tried to call Wells Fargo by phone. Called 15 branches in the city and none of them answered the phone. Not even a receptionist or a please hold for the next available agent. Just a sorry, please make an appointment to come in. Was calling for a friend who also couldn't get any help. I'm so glad I don't actually bank here. I stick with my Credit Unions where I always get a live person to talk to.

This Wells Fargo branch has really gone downhill. I’ve talk to regional manager and they keep showing me things are gonna get better but they never do. I was in the bank this morning and there literally were seven people in line ahead of me in the teller line. One teller was tied up with a customer who only spoke Chinese and they were having a real problem. That left one other teller trying to help everybody else. That teller ran into a problem and we all had to wait for a banker to come over. However the banker, the manager named LE, was in a training meeting. Isn’t that great. This happened to me three weeks ago where the manager was in a training meeting and nobody could help. This is a horrible branch maybe it’s time to close it.

I've generally had a good experience at this branch. The tellers and bankers are usually very helpful and nice when you come in or call. However, I recently had a frustrating phone call with a banker. I wanted to come in and pick up some coins, however, given that there's an ongoing coin shortage, I decided to call and ask first. The banker on the line asked me if this was for my business or personal account. When I explained it was for me, the banker proceeded to tell me that they would not give me coins if it was just for personal banking and that they would have to order the coins and charge me an extra service fee for doing so. To be clear, not only have I gone to this specific branch in the past for coins, but I have gone to many other local Wells Fargo branches to pick up or drop off coins and never once been told this. So either this banker was misinformed, or didn't want to deal with my request so decided to lie, which is very frustrating.If I was asking for an outlandish request like multiple boxes of quarters or half dollars I would fully expect to have to place a special order and potentially pay a fee. But not for just getting something simple.

Terrible make sure you watch for worker here. Closed all my account will never come here again. This place needs to stop hiring criminals. Had a friend that lost 100 dollars to the cashier make sure you count your money before depositing cash
