There JMT brand equipment is junk. New knee mill was out of square. They took 6 months to replace unit. Replacement unit's main drive bearing failed in a month. They will not return phone calls for warranty repair. Do not buy from JMT.

We have had Jorgenson come out a few times to repair our press brake but this last time it didn't get completely fixed. We have called them several times but when messages where left they never called back. I also have been told that they would have the technician call us back. I have not heard from them either. I am currently looking for a new servicing company for our press bake.

At Titan Architectural Products we purchased our Edwards 80 ton iron worker from Jorgensons. The product and service has been awesome.

Very Very un happy with the service... we purchased a new shear and it took almost 3 months to get it, when it was delivered they dropped it off in the parking lot and left, never showed us how to hook it up never offered to hook it up never explained how to operate it and the paper work it came with is pathetic to say the least... last time I buy or recommend this company.
