I can’t believe what happened at this store today even after being home for almost 10 hours. I was harassed and yelled by the store employee just because I asked some simple questions about when we gonna receive their stuffing service. I have reported them to their corporate and the security office at the mall. The guy named Daniel yelled at me multiple times after I asked another stuffer if the spot was closed and stated the fact that she left when it was our turn without telling us. I can still remember the bad breath coming out of his mouth when he was very close to me and yelling at me. I went to ask the lady who was helping checking out the client for the phone number of security office at the mall. She seems to be relative calm and polite throughout the whole thing. She gave me the security office phone number and said: “ I’m so sorry what just happened, he does that a lot of time to us too!” ….. what a drama!

I’ve been here once and it wasn’t that bad. I called today to see what the new bears were and the last acted so out out answering my questions and was so rude. I do not recommend this one. Farmington or Logan are the best ones.

Kenny and Romeo were both so kind! Even tho I'm an adult, we still did the heart ritual and it made me feel like a kid again! 10000/10 give them both a raise!

Staff is very friendly and nice! The checkout staff was helpful and went above and beyond to help with coupons, wish I caught their name to give further deserved credit! My child had a great time making a bear for their birthday.

I was a huge fan of BAB when it first came out, but not so much now. We recently took our older children with our 6 yr old there again 2 weeks ago, and the experience was definitely not "magical" like it used to be. I don't know if all stores are like this now, but I was not happy with the employee who was helping us fill and stuff the bears. She really made it a not so pleasant experience, and I would never go back to this store. The bears and clothes were great. The employee that rang up our order was excellent. I wish she had helped us instead.

I do not usually post reviews. I took my two children there for the first time. I waited in line to get them sound effects for the animals they picked which happened to be in the same areas as the deals so that was cool... except for apparently they are mixed in with others that are not so 60 dollars for two animals alone. I then wait 45 minutes in line to get it stuffed. no big deal except for the fact the family on front of us was holding a place in line once they were to the front because they also wanted sound effects but just figured they could do it all at once.. I then make it through that line and get outfits. Once we were ready I waited behind a guy at the register who was holding their place as every person in the family got their outfits to pay. We pay drive over an hour home and didn't even get the certificates. I spent over 200 dollars between two stuffed animals a couple of shirts, and a pair of shoes for each, plus a bed and car. They didn't have the decency to give me a certificate. when I called and asked if they could put them in the mail for me, as I have no control over their printers, it's behind the counter, the manager Mona tells me, that she puts way too many hours of her life in that place she isn't about to drive to the post office for me. Over 200 dollars.... Thanks Build a Bear

I normally go to this build a bear. But when I went today the guy helping me literally picked his ear and then stuffed my bear. It was so gross and he was so aggressive towards me.

I came into build a bear to buy a Valentine’s Day gift, and when I was looking at the scents that they had one of the employees was giving me dirty looks. Then proceeded to talk to me disrespectfully. Very rude employee, she definitely shouldn’t be working at build a bear. I ended up not purchasing anything, and I will not be coming back.

Sophia and Liz were amazing and made our experience very special. Sophia also checked us out at the register and made sure that all discounts were applied - even if they weren’t explicitly marked on the tags. We had a great time!
