Went at the same time off some divers which was a mistake. They kept bumping into us and took up a big chunk of the area.

Dani was wonderful! I had a few questions after a very nice soak. She was very friendly and helpful. I was sorry to see someone give her a hard time when she very politely asked them to wait outside for their scheduled time, multiple times. Dani was still extremely professional and polite. This was a wonderful experience all around. I absolutely recommend it to anyone interested!! Just fallow the rules please. ?

This place is really cool. While I wish the water was a little warmer, it's not like the workers can change how nature works. The hostess was very nice and informative, she answered all my stupid questions. Only thing I would change is maybe better changing area - some space heaters would be good on cold nights. There is also not a bathroom close, so plan accordingly it's across the parking lot.

Wow! We absolutely loved this experience! A hot springs inside a crater is a really neat experience! We bought tickets ahead of time (you need to!) and when you get there you check in, change into your swimsuit (or come in your swimsuit bc the changing rooms are very small) and you grab a life jacket (mandatory) and ease yourself into the spring! There is room to float freely or two spots to sit and chat whilst soaking. They also offer scuba diving certifications! If you are already certified you can come her and scuba dive! Very cool to watch them scuba beneath your feet. They also offer snorkeling gear (which we recommend snorkeling! We brought our own gear :))You swim for about 40 min, the couple running this place was very nice (thanks again!) and we totally recommend this experience! We would do this again!

This was just an amazing experience. My girlfriend and I dived here and it was unlike any other dive we've done.We brought only our masks (for comfort). They have everything you need to dive, all you need is to bring your cert. Your 1 hour time block is just the perfect amount of time, since you'll be able to see everything in the hole, chill for a bit, and come back with some air left in your tank. There's not a lot to see down there - it's an empty crater with no wildlife.John was great to work with and got us all set up and briefed for the dive. We asked for permission to take some photos, and were allowed to. They have an easy entry area where you can stand in the water to gear up.You're not supposed to go deeper than 35 feet to prevent silting, and there really isn't anything to see down that deep, since it gets dark and silty. The water felt amazing. No need for a wetsuit - we measured it at 94°F.If you're just here to swim, I could see how it would be a far more tepid experience. There's not a lot of room on the surface, so you just kind of float there. It wasn't very crowded when we visited. Maybe 10 swimmers and 6 divers total. They have 4 changing rooms and you can stash your gear along the sides of the entryway.Parking was easy, as we were able to park about 50 yards from the crater entrance.

I did a 2 hour scuba refresher today, in preparation for an upcoming trip. It had been 6 years since my last dive and I arrived a little uneasy. My instructor Kitty kept things lighthearted but I always felt like I was in good hands. She was very patient with my equalizing and mask skills. Really appreciate having access to a location like this to refresh before a trip!

Remember to make a reservation! Small hot spring so spots are limited.I had a wonderful time scuba diving here. Staff is very friendly. The water is ~96 degree F and very calming / relaxing.Only thing to call out: One tank as a dive is enough—there isn't much to see and visibility is not great past ~30ft. If you have a diving flash light, I'd recommend brining it so you can better see the patterns on the rock. You will also need to set up your own diving equipment so if you haven't dove in a while, might be worth a quick refresher on how to set everything up.

The hotspring was very nice, but it didn't live up to what we expected. It was hard to figure where we had to go, and they won't let you in from the outside until the exact start time of your session. Not sure where the ice castle things were like in some of the pictures on Google but we didn't see them at all.We got the snorkeling package but I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't dive and had to stay on the surface. The staff seems more focused on the scuba clients and when we were getting the "history presentation" (which I love) some of the older scuba instructors would interrupt the girl giving the presentation and talk loud enough that I couldn't hear what she was saying.

This place was very cool to visit the hot spring was super relaxing and nice while the landscape around is covered in snow. The staff are all super nice. We did not read the fine print that towels are provided for guests staying at the resort only, and the woman who was in charge of the hot spring got us 2 towels anyway. Super nice super friendly and a great time relaxing.
