This is an amazing small business! I had an issue with an online order, and they were very careful to make sure everything was sorted out in my favor. Staff was Very honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Brick and mortar shop is also well thought out and well stocked.

This season they glued my skis and a few days ago they save me when I found out that my teenager bake these at lifter of the bikeBoth times they didn't charge me. How nice is to have a ship like this in town. The staff was super helpful eveytime

I purchased a cannondale topstone online and they shipped it to Massachusetts. Arrived very quick, was a good deal, and the bike was in perfect condition!

I bought from Gravity Coalition online and had great service. Kody was great at answering my brake sizing and mounting questions via email, ensuring that I got the ski and bindings testing upon receipt with my boot.I received the skis promptly and they were well packaged to protect for any potential damage during shipping.I would 100% buy from them again.

If you aren’t local, don’t buy a bike from this business to be shipped to you. They pull you into their site with steep discounts and then bait and switch at checkout by adding $150 for a “full build and tuning.” They assure you building the bike when you receive it will be simple, and there will be nothing else to do except attach the front wheel and the handlebars.When I received the bike, I had multiple questions about the disc brake because I hadn’t owned a bike with one before. The seat post was also ridiculously high. I sent them pictures of what I had done, and they directed me to my local bike shop to have it looked at and to cut down the seat post.When I took it to my bike shop, they informed me the derailleur was messed up. They advised that they should do a full check of the bike to see if anything else had shifted during shipping to ensure the bike would be safe to ride.I informed Gravity Coalition of this immediately and that my local bike shop was going to charge me $75 for this service. I was told via email that Gravity Coalition would do something to help me recoup the cost, perhaps in the form of discounted product.When I sent them the receipt for the work my local bike shop did, I received a very short response informing me they would only be returning $12 to me because they had researched the bike shop and that was all my local shop “should have” charged to look at the derailleur.Poor communication and shady business practices.

We are retired now and I love my Cannondale e-bike. I had to stop riding with my husband because I couldn’t keep up. With my new bike I can ride anywhere we want to go and if I get a little behind I just push the button until I catch up. It has been so fun! The Gravity shop is a happy,friendly place and always willing to help with tunes and adjustments.

Ordered a kids Cannondale bike from this shop and it was never mentioned on their website that it was a floor model. When we received it, it was missing the handle bars and other screws and bolts to put the bike together. The frame was scuffed up and the chain was making noises. Additionally, the handlebars definitely looked used. The description online does not match the product we received. The owner was nice to give us a very small credit but still, I just want a functional bike for my kid to ride the day it arrives. Instead we waited for the handlebar to come almost a week later and now have to wait a few more days for another bike shop to fix the bike and match the bolts so my kid can ride. Definitely would not recommend or buy from this shop again.

The staff at Gravity are awesome. They were responsive with my questions, patient when I had some issues with getting my invoice paid. Great price on a mountain bike and had shipped to home in TX. They packaged the bike well, no issues with delivery or unboxing. Thank you Gravity Coalition. I will stop by the next time I make it to Utah.

Best shop to find the best brands! Been in several times and walked away very pleased. Recently purchased a mountain bike for the first time ever and they were very helpful in helping me find something that would work best. Bike is awesome!
