I don't bank at zions, but I had to cash a check. It was wrote on a zions personal check account. Well, 20 minutes later, the employee that was helping me told me he couldn't cash checks?! He had the check approved 4 times. Worst service, they didn't know what their job is! I would never bank at zions. They charge me $5.00 to finally cash it!

Been having a terrible terrible time with the banking system. Would have divested all of my money due to how unstructured and unfair they run their systems, but Parker said "This the way" from Mandalorian, and he straightened everything out for me! One hell of a man! Might steal him as my own division Manager hahaha

I live across the street so I bank this branch most. It’s got nice views and in over 3 years I’ve never had any serious issues.

JJ Auto Sales has been with Zions Bank for many years, they make me feel like I am at home. I am very happy and pleased with the service I receive at this specific branch. The staff is always happy and very attentive, even though they are short staffed and very busy they manage to take care of my needs.

I dont understand why there are so many negative reviews for this branch. Most of the time when it takes time to take care of an issue it's because the member made a mistake, not the bank. This bank is great.Because i'm smart, I have everything I need when I go to the bank and dont get mad when the teller asks for something because I have it with me.

I only come here to use the ATM. I've never has an issue with it being out of service or long lines. It's not easy to get to and it's a sharp turn to get up the drive way and not easy to see from the street. There is hardly ever a line so banking through the ATM is a breeze.

We we're hesitant about going to the Fort Union branch because of all the bad reviews but we found Brandon to be totally efficient and very friendly. We opened an account and we were in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Brandon.
