My sister and I are co-trustees for our deceased brother who owned multiple properties. Mark Yeates has assisted us in the sale of 4 of these properties. He has always been very helpful and efficient even with the more difficult sales. He has experience and knowledge and offers sound advice. Our latest sale needed considerable attention and Mark put forth the effort contacting and obtaining estimates for the issues we were facing. Mark is very professional and was an excellent choice for selling our condo. He was instrumental in coordinating the listing, the showings, an the closing. We highly recommend The HomeOwnership Company to buy a home.We first started looking at houses using a mobile app and met with one of the recommended real estate agents. We saw a variety of different homes, but felt like we weren’t being heard when we specified limits and preferences. We were eventually pressured to sign a contract, but didn’t feel comfortable doing so.We had heard good things about The Home Ownership Company through my in laws and decided to give them a shot. The difference was immediately apparent. We were very cautious as first-time home buyers but they helped answer all of our questions. We didn’t feel pressured at all!Another thing that set them apart is that they paid our closing costs. This turned out to be important because the home we bought had multiple offers and the seller accepted our offer because we were the only offer that didn't ask the seller to pay our closing costs!One more thing was the monthly payment. Friends were telling us to get quotes from other mortgage companies, but The HomeOwnership Company beat every quote we got by at least $80 a month. All I can say at this point is if you are going to buy a home you need to look up The HomeOwnership Company.
