Absolutely terrible service. I had a can of paint that was defective. I call Sherwin Williams and I asked SPECIFICALLY if I needed to bring to back to the store I bought it from. They said no. (I heard the manager JOE in the background confirm this. I drove 45 minutes to get to this store. I made a special trip just to get this squared away. I just wanted to be done painting my house. The guy I talked to on the phone wasn't there. But Joe was. I told Joe that the paint was acting weird. When I painted it on my wall -AFTER MIXING IT- it would dry with bubbles in it. I had to sand the small spot I painted on the wall to get it smooth again. JOE offered to 'mix' it for me. I said mixing it wouldn't help, something is wrong with the paint. He then proceeded to tell me he couldn't do anything because I didn't buy it at this store... I'm LIVID. Joe, you were the biggest waste of my time today. If I needed to go back to the bountiful store for a replacement WHY WASNT THAT MADE CLEAR?? I'll never return here. This is a complete joke. I'll be closing my pro account with you guys. This is just ridiculous.

The staff members at this store are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The manager keeps the store professional and clean. I've been a customer here for 35 years and rely on them for my home, yard, and office building paint and staining projects.

Sign says that they rent paint sprayers however when you go into the store they say sorry we don't rent them. Probably should take some signs then..

Amazing place! I used to buy paint and stain at big box stores and always thought I had a great experience until shopping at Sherwin-Williams! I found custom options and quality products that I had never heard of! They have everything you would need for painting and staining!

I went into this store to get a color match from a color that our builder used and since they were the ones that purchased Kwal paint I thought they could help. Boy was I wrong. The clerks in the store were very rude and made me feel d*** for trying to match without bringing in a sample. I was also told I would have to cut out a fist size portion of my wall and bring it in if they were even going to try and match. I will never go back to this store again. I went to Bennett's and was helped with out feeling d****

I'm so glad I went in to Sherwin-Williams the other day! I was greeted warmly and I quickly received the help and products I needed. The young man that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. I walked out of the store confident I could accomplish my DIY goals.
