Helped us remove a car last minute. Someone parked in the parking lot we were spraying. We couldn't find anyone else. They came out and helped.

RIP OFF ALERT! BE WARNED! They add on an extra 10% fee to use your credit or debit card without mentioning it! They never disclosed this verbally prior to service and they do not have it disclosed on their paperwork either. I called to inquire as to why they charge 10% to "cover credit card fees" when everyone knows Visa only charges 1.5 % to 3% max. I also told them that as a merchant that was considered deceptive business practices by Visa and that they are supposed to disclose that in writing and verbally upfront. Cody proceeded to scream f**k you at me and called me names etc. He was extremely rude and yelling at me as loud as he could even though I remained calm. He also made thinly veiled physical threats about "settling this in person" etc. His business ethics are clearly suspect across the board because if he is doing this shady thing to customers what else is he cheating on when you are not looking? It's clearly a way to rip people off by claiming they need 10% to cover a 1-3 % fee. I was never given a choice since they had already performed the service. I want to point out that this WAS NOT the driver who was a great guy but the owner of the business. They will not get my business ever again. Extremely dishonest and shady.

I’ll be completely honest. I’d had a bad experience with an Autocare tow truck driver in the past involving getting my wife’s car out of a ditch… I was hesitant to let them respond to my roadside assistance request through AAA, but was told they were the quickest option. Jose responded and was professional, friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. The truck was clean and overall, it was a very good experience. 5/5 for Jose. Hire a full recovery and towing team just like him!

I had issues starting my truck and called AAA. They sent Rodney from Autocare Towing. Very professional and kind. He knew what he was doing and simplified the process. We were in the Sam’s Club parking lot and Rodney maneuvered his truck and helped me out without causing much disturbance to others in the parking lot. If you don’t have AAA then call Autocare. They’ll take good care of you.

This company is the BEST! My car broke down on Nibley highway and I only had just enough momentum to make it to the shoulder. I was stranded at night and kind of panicked. Rodney was so courteous and professional. He helped me understand what needed to be done, quickly hooked up my van and towed it exactly where I needed it. It's always a pain to have car trouble, but they made the towing portion to be the least amount of hassle of the whole process. Thank you again Rodney!

Autocare Towing and Recovery recently saved the day for my 88 year old mother after her car stalled in the road near her Providence home. With no children living in the valley mom was very upset and didn't know what to do. One call to this company and help was on the way. Even though it was on Sunday a wonderful person by the name of Rodney showed up quickly and worked non stop to get my mom's car running and back to her residence. You have made a big impression on my Mom and will use your service if needed in the future. Rodney, your are a real hero to my mom.

Rodney, thanks for the fast response and smooth recovery of our stranded vehicle on the highway this morning.From requesting the tow to dropping the car took less than 40 mins!Our drivers communication was excellent and his truck was spotless.Can’t thank Rodney and Autocare towing and recovery enough, y’all saved the day.
