Storage on Geneva is the best storage place around! Haley in the office was great to work with and goes the extra mile to make sure you're set up. I love that it's privately owned and the whole property feels safe and is super clean. You won't regret storing here!

Five stars for Spencer. His smiling attitude and face was always there the whole time. He ran literally right out to show me the 2 units I was interested in. He found a way to make it work because I am on a budget. I felt really welcome. It's a nice and clean place. I highly recommend it to anybody needing storage.

Storage on Geneva is nothing less than amazing! The staff is always there to help you in anyway you need it. They are very friendly. It’s always kept so nice and clean. One of the best things is the public bathroom! I don’t know about you but I have 4 kids and when you are busy at your unit and one has to go to the bathroom you don’t have to stop what you’re doing to load them up in the car and find one. It’s seriously so convenient and the best thing ever! I will never use another storage unit besides this company!

Amanda is friendly and efficient and willing to go the extra mile in customer service. The office is clean and inviting and the grounds are well kept. The units we have were clean when we opened them. It was great to trust your things to someplace that takes care of the place. It's been a pleasure!

We just moved into the unit, the facility seems very safe and Amanda who helped us during the process was very kind and professional. The prices are affordable and I look forward to my time here renting! Will update when we eventually leave!

My brother in law recommended us to this storage unit facility and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We had our furniture in a unit for 10 months as we built a house. The facility is well kept, well lit at night, feels safe and secure. Amanda is so pleasant to work with. She is just awesome! We have no complaints, this place is easy and wonderful! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Storage on Geneva is THE BEST!!! Beyond 5 stars, it’s a perfect 10+++. I cannot speak more highly of this place. It’s more than a place of business they treat you like family with a professional service unmatched. It’s also a place where I am thankful to have found that’s SAFE, extremely CLEAN, and makes the storage experience EASY, friendly with great pricing. The manager Amanda is AMAZING too!!! I am very thankful for her kindness and recommendations while always providing professional service throughout. Originally, we were having issues paying our bill online. I contacted Geneva about it and they were very prompt to make sure the issue was resolved. I felt taken care of and just wanted to say thank you to Storage on Geneva for handling the issue so well. I recommend renting units here, because of how professional they are! The spaces are clean and well kept, the roads are wide and maintained. They are open late, and rent out trucks at an awesome rate. Plus the price is very reasonable. Overall, we are very satisfied:)
