These guys are some shady suckers. I started renting from them three months ago and then they increase the rate 20%. I went back pretending to be a new renter and the price was lower than my original price. They hook you and once you have your stuff there, they raise the price on you thinking that you’re not gonna spend the money to move to another unit. I’ve rented from this storage unit before before the new ownership and for two years they never change the rate. On top of that, they charge you for insurance on your personal property. The old owners never used to do that.

I came to Prime Storage in Lehi Ut. because of the location close to where I intended to move. Stored all of my household in an 10×20 unit. Place is clean and staff is very nice. I would recommend this location for your storage.

They raised our rent twice in 4 months and just notified us they would raise it again. They require a 15 day notice to move out so we weren't able to move out in time before we were charged again. They charge a 20% late fee which I feel like is really high. They were nice on the phone, and they have great buildings, but I was really disappointed that the pricing went so high so quickly.

They raised the price within 1 month of being there, after I was already moved in so I didn't want to change. The facility did seem clean and secure. The workers are nice.

Good security but they gave us one that was weirdly shaped and because of it being a triangle you lose some of the storage and then after being with them for a few months they upped the rent by $15 an month!! Not cool

Our experience setting up and moving in has been very positive. The office person was very helpful. However, I was disappointed when our storage fee was increased after 2 months.

Had previously shared a good review about this place but had to delete it and repost. I started storing some stuff here one month ago (June 2024). I got an email one month into our time here saying that the price was being raised 30% - which is absolutely insane to just randomly raise the price 30% in month one of the contract. Seems almost criminal.
I would recommend staying as far away from this place as possible and storing elsewhere. I am looking forward to removing my belongings from here as soon as possible. Don't let them bait and switch you like they did to me.
