My dog got matted hair on his tail. The groom room had an open slot and said I could come in. They took good care of him and were able to cut his matted hair without shaving his whole tail! Loved the service. They also bathed and cut his claws. Great service over all!

I love this store. The store is bigger than it looks. The variety is amazing and you can have food/products delivered the same day. The staff is nice. Thank you for the little gifts with the delivery orders. I use Hill's Science and they always have deals, coupons and rewards, that make it affordable.

Seriously disappointed in the customer service today. The store manager was absolutely rude to me. Hands full instead of offering to help, complains about the fact I don't have my very obedient dog in hand. Then when asking what I need she finally offers to help. I ask about groomer's they can't give a straight answer as to why there's no one there today, when asking why, it's there's just no one there today. I forget to take off the was apron, the request is, "can we have our apron back?" Instead of please and understand that I just spaced taking it off, I apologize with nothing in return like I'm trying to steal the dumb apron. No thank you just rude. Disappointed entirely

I really enjoy coming to pet supplies plus, my dog likes to come and get his food with me. I have normally have a coupon for 25% off. I really like the store and hope they stay here a long time.

Title: A Paw-sitively Wonderful Experience!
I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus in Lehi and had an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who were eager to help. Their kindness and willingness to assist made my shopping trip enjoyable and stress-free.
One of the best parts? I brought my dog along, and the staff happily greeted him with a tasty treat! It’s such a thoughtful gesture that truly made my dog's day—and mine too! It’s clear that they genuinely care about pets and their owners.
The store itself is well-organized, with a great selection of pet supplies, food, and toys. I was impressed by the variety of products available, making it easy to find exactly what I needed.
Overall, Pet Supplies Plus in Lehi is a fantastic place for pet owners. The kind staff, welcoming atmosphere, and special treats for furry friends make all the difference. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be returning soon!

A worker named Hailey threw a cricket at me and as someone who has a huge bug phobia I believe this is incredibly disrespectful and she was super rude while I was in there. This is my first time EVER being in this pet supplies store and think this behavior was completely unacceptable. This will FORSURE be my last time coming into this store.

Bought 3 of the rose minnows and 1 died the first day. The second one died about 2 weeks later. 1 left.
I thought I’d give my 6 year old goldfish some friends but he now seems to be acting weird.

I wish I got the names of the team members! I went in the store (May11th) to grab a few things for my new puppy (Lola), one team member rushed over to meet Lola and to help me of course lol she was very knowledgeable about my questions, gave me suggestions and was very polite! She also gave me a new puppy checklist! I walked to another aisle and we were greeted by 2 more team members, very helpful and polite! While they were assisting me, we were joined by another team member, greeted Lola they made Lola felt comfortable!

Every time we come in the employees are do friendly and make sure we’re finding what we need. Much better customer service than the other big box pet stores!
