I used their Uhaul rental. They're friendly and knowledgeable about the system, which in my many rentals is rare enough to be valuable. Clean, easy to access, and just generally a joy to work with.

Lehi Indoor Storage is an Authorized UHAUL distributor, but has no sense whatsoever of customer satisfaction and refused to make any accomodation related to equipment malfunction. "Oh well, too bad, Talk tot he Hand!" is how they handled the equipment malfunction. There's too much competition in today's marketplace to not take care of customers.

My husband and I visited the office to book a unit and we were very impressed by our experience. The staff was so friendly and helped us find the best unit for our needs. Pricing is very reasonable and we feel like we’re getting a great deal. Security is great, and while it may take a bit longer to move stuff in and out with it being indoors and upstairs, it is worth it for how clean the unit stays and for the temperature control, and they have elevators and free carts to transport your stuff more easily. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great office staff! Took care of me on a very expensive U-Haul trip and made sure I had extra miles just in case. If I weren’t moving I’d 10/10 recommend them for taking care of your moving needs.

Thank you Madeline and Julie for your help and the conversation. It was a pleasure to talk to you both. If anyone is needing a nice clean and affordable storage or uhaul rental. Let these lovely ladies help you out, they were very friendly and helpful and honestly could have stood there talkin even longer but, alas had things to do still. If I ever need a moving truck or storage I will definately be goin back to lehi indoor storage for either of those needs. Good prices and good staff. Not very good at doing reviews here but they are definately worth posting one to let people know where to go. Thank you again Madeline! Scooby says thank you too for coming to say hello to him ! LoL. Rented two large units for a year. They made us pay a full month’s rent for 1 week. Will never rent from them again.

We rented a large unit to store our belongings while we moved in with family. We used the unit for 9 months and it was such a great experience! The facility was very clean, they had large carts to help move our stuff, and it was easy to access the building. When it was time to move out we used the U-Haul from the facility and it was such an easy experience. The staff was always so kind and incredibly helpful. The price was also very doable for a tight budget! Highly recommend this unit!
