We've started buying our pizza here every Friday. We place our order through the app when we arrive, do our shopping with the scan & go option, and then our pizza is ready once we're done. It's fantastic! P.S. Every type of pizza costs the same. A cheese is the same price as a combination.

All of the women that work at the customer service desk are very rude, especially Rochelle. There is never enough help either. Super unprofessional.

shopped at Sam's Club on Monday after work and was absolutely blown away! My boyfriend and I both forgot our Sam's Club cards, but that wasn't a problem at all. They didn't check for our card at the door (unlike another place) and we paid for our groceries using the Scan & Go feature through the app. If you haven't try it, you need to. It's so easy! Open the app, add a debit/credit card, and scan your groceries with your phone as you put them in your cart. Once you're done, complete the purchase on your phone and walk out at the designated Scan & Go area. I bought beer, so i had to show my ID to a lady by the exit. She scanned the QR code on my phone, scanned three items in my cart, and then i was on my merry way. Easiest transaction ever! We needed to fill up on gas before we left, so we stopped by the pump. It really doesn't matter which side your tank is on because the pump will reach either side of the car. We scanned the QR code at the pump and started fueling up. When we were done, it said it would email us a receipt. So easy! We loved the new and improved Sam's Club! P.S. It looks like they sell the chocolate cakes that Costco no longer sells.

My son has ADHD and decided to take off on me. He is 5 so super quick. I had my 1 year old with me in the cart and could chase him. The staff saw what was happening and jumped in so fast! They kept me calm because I was crying and gave me updates. One lady had found him and walked him to the front to where I was. Everyone was super nice and helpful!. You guys went above and beyond to help this stressed mama out. Thank you so much to everyone!

RACIST MANAGERS! Dude, I'm just a customer, but I feel bad for anyone that's not White that works here. A couple days ago I go here, there were these two fat guys and some lady, I only saw the guys name tags, Tanner and Tyler, but they were laughing and saying how much they need to get rid of all the Mexican and Asian employees at their store. I could tell they were both managers, but goodness gracious, I asked for something simple and this guy in a green vest had no clue as to where the milk was. I feel so sorry for this place, it must be horrible to work there, and it is so disappointing that you have some racist management here.

I get that during the initial weeks of the COVID-19 response, there'd be a lot of confusion on how to deal with online pickup (although, they've had this service for years). Day 1. I ordered two laptops for my small business and sent an assistant with the order receipt printed in hand, with his name as the authorized agent to pick up the laptops. They gave him nothing but hassle, then when he called me I asked to put on the phone with the associate, and they didn't oblige. 5 minutes later, they canceled my order. I have proof of this cancellation on my account, where it says "Canceled by Sams" Day 2. Since we still needed the laptops, I placed the exact same pair on order again. This time, instead of wasting an employee's time, I went myself. When I arrived, I had the bar code for my order ready on my phone. When I asked the associate standing at the counter that handled online orders, she was clueless about what I was asking. she didn't scan my barcode and she didn't ask my name, she just had me write down my phone number and asked me to wait in the store, and she'd call my cell. So, I had some shopping to do, and I needed rechargeable batteries. I asked an associate in the electronics area, and he was completely dumbfounded that I'd even ask Sam's Club would sell rechargeables. He then asked a guy, who exclaimed there were two kiosks with batteries for sale in the store, and neither of them had rechargeables. He pointed me to one of the kiosks, so since my cell phone hadn't rung to let me know my laptops were ready, I figured I'd check anyhow. Low and behold, one half of one side of the battery kiosk was all rechargeables! 30 minutes later... I'm still waiting for my laptops, so I finally went and asked the same associate. A surprise to no one, she has no idea who I am or what I want. She then calls the same associate over who showed me where the rechargeable batteries weren't, but, really were. I showed him my order on my phone and he explains that they are locked up and leaves to go get them and asks me to wait. I believe he noticed my evil eye at this point as he moved very quickly. Finally, after spending 45 minutes in the store, my online order was finally picked up. On the way out, I cancelled my Sam's Club account. I'm done with them.

Sams Club is just getting worse and worse. The Layton Utah club is as terrible as they come. During COVID they price gouged, always out of everything, and absolutely unreasonable. My husband is on a remote tour and unable to come home due to COVID. They wouldn't even add me to my husbands account unless he was present. WORST SAMS CLUB IN THE NATION. We will not be renewing.
