K&T Rice was on time, courteous, replaced our microwave in a timely manner, cleaned up, and answered all of our concerns. Very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Shipment was not received in full no notification given had to call in to find out still 2 weeks out i called regarding it and the customer service rep Izabel handled my call extremely well said she would personally track the order and call me to reschedule

Aaron in sales was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in furnishings our second home. The delivery guys to Saint George from Las Vegas we're awsome and very friendly. The only area for improvement is pick up in the Layton store thay say call or text 30.min before pick up, but thay don't answer their phone. I was in. Loop for 5 times before giving up. Thay seemed to respond much better by texting.

RC Willey is awesome! We knew what couch we wanted when we went in, they even helped us double check some measurements. It was delivered within 10 days, and the men delivering the couch were amazing! So careful not to bump the couch on anything in my house.
