Don't confuse the rating of 3 stars as meaning this is a bad restaurant supply store. They have great prices and great selection for the items they do offer. The only reason they don't get higher stars is because the location is quite small and therefore they only offer a selected amount of inventory. They have great prices on bake ware, food storage, small appliances for restaurants, and some cooking utensils. Probably one of the better selections locally for thermometers too.
