Superb recommendations and service! If every place provided the customer care like these gentlemen, it would change the world! These employees are friendly, know their stuff and go above and beyond! We just got into learning how to smoke out meats and hesitantly came in, best decision we’ve made. This is my husbands new favorite store and I love benefitting from the delicious BBQ that comes from it! Highly recommend this place!

I really like going here for all of my BBQ/meat smoking needs. The staff are always extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. You can sample the rubs and sauces before you buy them which I really appreciate. The classes they offer are also very helpful.

Not very customer oriented or either don't fit the mold. I can purchase a pizza oven somewhere else. Taking a cell phone call while I try to ask for help after being ignored, just perfect!
