Me and my husband love coming to this place, they have tons of plants, flowers, trees and they always make you feel welcome, and the best part is that if you have any questions they have all the answers. Highly recommend it.

Best spot in northern Utah for plants and pavers. Merisa is always great to work with. Thanks.

I selected a perennial from the green house that was a hold over from last season it was looking pretty rough and I still paid full price. It's a pretty good nursery in terms of selection.

I should have read reviews first. Purchased several very expensive trees from here and after 2 died, discovered they provide no warranty whatsoever. Even lowes has a warranty. Do not spend your money here, nope nope.

They have a great selection of plants, but are pricey. And they don't give refunds for trees that die soon after purchase. They only accept returns within 48 hours. I planted a $65 apricot tree two months ago in early May, took care of it the same way I take care of all the young trees I purchased from them, and it's completely dead now. I don't think I'll be purchasing any new trees from them from now on.

Ordered Belgard Product for a retaining wall. The product is great! I would go with any other place. When I asked for the dimensions I was told a square foot and even when I said they looked longer than they were tall on the site was assured they were not. They actually measured 18X8 not 12x12 considerably changing the amount I needed for this project specifically. (When delivered they were also dropped very far away from the location I asked them to be left.) When I brought up the mis-information and what my options are for the 4 extra pallets ($1000+ surplus) I was told they'd charge me the delivery fee again and a 25% restocking fee with zer o accountability around telling me the wrong dimensions. First and last time I'll use Tri-City

I paid $162 for a tree last September and it was dead this spring. I took it back with tag still on and a copy of the charge to my credit card. They refused to give me a refund or a new tree and would make no adjustment whatsoever because I did not have the original receipt. Their business motto appears to be, "if you can find a technicality, give the customer no consideration."

We purchased two Alberta Spruce from Tri City at $60 a piece. One of them died. Even though I had several pictures and our Credit Card statement showing proof of purchase, they would not replace it. No integrity!

If you want Belgard don’t get it from Tri-City nursery their hours are horrible, they are not even the same company. All they can say is, “Sorry....cannot help.” Ownership needs to come up with a better plan if y’all want more business. Come up with a better system in a small town.Called the rep that’s selling the Belgard, he’s amazing to work with, don’t listen to the people saying sorry I cannot help. Better communication.

Why are you doing deliveries at 2:30 a.m. next to a heavy residential area? Do the cops need to get involved for a solution of not waking up people at 2:30 in the morning with your noisy deliveries?

First time there and extremely picked over and bare. Maybe we just went at the wrong time.

Not sure what has happened in the last several years. It really is sad!!!! This location has gone from offering a huge selection of healthy plant and tree varieties to looking like desolation. Their selection is not near as good. Lots of root bound and dying plants to choose from now. Years ago we landscaped our entire yard from tri-city. It now looks beautiful. Fast forward to now and we are in a different home trying to landscape. We went to tri city hoping for another good experience. Wow! What a disappointment. We ended up only purchasing 11 little boxwoods. They were yellow in places but seemed ok. We planted them the same day and shortly thereafter they began to worsen. I have called tri city for help. You can only get an answering machine that tells you to contact them via their website. I have now emailed three different managers and NOT ONE has reached out to me. We will not be back. Save yourself the hassle an go to J&J.
