This community is sold as High end townhomes with HOA Amenities like the pool, hot tub, yard maintenance, and snow removal. The builder cares nothing about making sure those things are taken care of. The lawn care and especially snow removal has been horrible. Many yards are having issues with dead grass and snow removal happens days after. It’s very upsetting to pay premium prices for low quality. Many neighbors have even contacted attorneys trying to get things fixed. I wish I would have known this before buying. I love the neighbors and community but the service is horrible.

If you’re looking to rent here DONT!! The neighbors who purchased their townhome will harass you for being a renter until you so desperately want to move, but you can’t because you’re in a lease agreement. You will spent close to $3,500 a month just to be tortured by your neighbors here. Hopefully the only thing that can fix the harassment will be legal action because the management has given up on its renters. I REPEAT RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!
