If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve shopped at this franchise for years and everyone has always been so nice. But this location has rude employees who won’t help you with their damaged merchandise. Go to City Creek or Fashion Place, those locations are so much better.

If you need assistance, don’t ask Maria G. I brought in an item I had purchased earlier that day from Fashion Place Mall to see if this location carried a different size. She told me they don’t carry the item anymore and she hasn’t seen it in over a month. As I walked away, there it was on a rack in front of her! And in the size I needed. I went back and nicely told her so had found it. She didn’t seem to care. Then when she rung me up with the total I asked her if she would input my photo be number so I could get the points and record of my purchase on my account, she replied as if super annoyed “what’s your number?”. She was such a rude employee and clearly didn’t want to be there or even help any customers. I called the store immediately after so I could talk to a manager but the phone would ring a few times and hang up. This was all around 6:30 so it’s not like the store was close to closing. I would’ve asked for a manager right then in there but I had a movie to catch And at that point, I figured she would just lie lie to me anyways about her name and if there was a manager available to talk to you. Luckily her name was on the receipt. I’ve never been treated so rude.

The staff was very cold. We arrived at 8:07pm and at first approach they informed us they were closing at 9pm. Didn't ask if they could help us find anything. After looking around I found a sweater to try on. When I asked for a room they said that all were closed but one and that when that customer was done I could try it on. They were not full they had closed all but one dressing room at 8:15pm. After waiting an additional 10minutes I put the sweater up and left. They were more concerned with the way their store looked than the customer's experience. I will not go back to the Farmington Bohme location.

Cute store. Sophie was amazing at helping us find a dress for my friend’s family photos. She hyped her up and was very knowledgeable on fashion. Very good customer service :)

My mom and I were passing through salt lake city and decided to stop here. We grabbed a few cute things and were really greatful for the amazing customer service we received. We can't remember her name but she was so honest and considerate. She also left us each one piece of clothing in our fitting rooms that she thought we might look good in. Spot on. My mom never buys anything for herself but bought the shirt the sales lady left for her.It was so thoughtful. We were so impressed by her knowledge of the inventory and fits. Hope she goes on to a career in fashion one day!!

I frequent Bohme regularly. I recently had to drive 1 hour out of my way to the Farmington location because they were the only place that had the vervet Charlie pants in my size. I have never been treated so poorly by Bohme staff. I had purchased the size I needed over the weekend and asked them to hold them until i got there. When I got there I wanted to try them on along with a few others of the same size…as they all fit differently. I own the same pants in a different color and learned that there was no stretch in them. I normally wear a size 28 and I was more comfortable in a size 29. When I asked to try a few of the size 29’s on to make sure I had the best fit, the girl was very rude and I wasn’t sure she was even going to let me try the pants I purchased on!! I was also returning my size 28 pants I didn’t like. My experience from start to finish was unpleasant. I will never shop the Farmington Bohme again. My money is better spent closer to home where Bohme staff appreciates their customers.

The Farmington Station Bohme is the absolute WORST location for Customer Service! I have tried this location on 3 occasions over the last 2 months....every single time the staff have been complaining out loud with each other about Bohme management, they have been openly rude to myself and other Customers, they ignore people outright and I have watched their shift manager roll her eyes at several Customers and make rude comments.Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, will no longer shop there.

I love Bohme. Especially for their customer service and assistance picking out cute new items and outfits.I’ve visited this specific bohme a dozen times now and I’ve never been greeted or help in any way.I typically cannot walk out of any bohme without buying something because its all so cute! But most of the time it’s because of their assistance in trying on items I’d not usually try.This store is the exception to that for me.The vibe at this store is so different and I don’t love it.I still love bohme and will continue to shop with them. But if you need outfit assistance this specific one is not the place.

I’ve long loved bohme’s clothing. They are on the pricier end so I don’t shop here super often. I’ve always hated their non-existent return policy, but I guess they’ve recently changed it so you can actually return stuff instead of just exchanging. Super great business move. I was shopping with my husband a couple years ago and he came into bohme with me and found a shirt he wanted for himself. We’ve been in a couple times together and today he just got some shorts from here. The employees were very friendly and treated him like a queen.

Horrible customer service an return policy. I will never shop at this store again due to their return policy alone. Even if you have the tags on and receipt in hand in less then 7 days, they will still only offer you an exchange or gift card. For a business who prides itself on being run by women, this is not how you treat other women who work hard for their money. The day of my purchase, the wait for the dressing rooms was at least 30 minutes. You had to sign up on a wait list. I opted to skip the wait and make the purchase. Unfortunately the items did not work and I needed to return. The staff member who handled my return was extremely unprofessional. She acted as if I was local and should have known about their return policy. She just hands me the gift card and says "well hears that" with a sarcastic tone, turns around and says nothing more. I'm standing at the counter for a few minutes unsure if we are done and finally ask her. She never offered a copy of a receipt or said anything after "well here's that". If you are going to have this return policy, you should be making customers aware at purchase and you should also train your staff how to handle returns without just saying "well here's that". You can do better Bohme.

My husband came and bought me a dress for Easter. I came and exchanged it because bless his heart it wasn’t something I’d wear. Went home and tried it on it didn’t fit so I came to return or exchange it today and was informed that because it was an exchange it was a final sale. Literally what the heck!! If I would have know I would have returned the originally dress for store credit and came back another time. The manager wouldn’t work with me nothing so frustrating wasting 70 dollars!!!
