I really wanted to like This location of Benjamin Moore but unfortunately I will not be purchasing from any location again. When I first went in I tried to talk to an associate and he brushed me off and when I was approached I was deciding between 2 colors. I wasn’t absolutely sold on the colors but I felt rushed to buy something so I picked one that was more what I was looking for. The whole time I was not told a single price of anything. Yes I should have asked that is on me, but I felt like I was pushed towards something in the dark with no price in front of me. $43 for a quart of paint?? Then after I told the associate I already had a base coat and brushes and everything at home he seemed to become annoyed. I was then told as I was putting my card in how much it would be. I figured I’d just bite my tongue and accept it. I hate causing a problem and so I paid, got in my car, and left. When I got home I opened the paint and it was much much lighter than expected. I did a test swatch, let it dry under my hair dryer and quickly realized it was not what I was looking for. I went back into the store and requested a refund. The associate took the paint, tested it on their test swatch and said “look it’s exactly the same.” I tried to explain it wasn’t what I was looking for and I needed it to be a bit darker and in a slightly different shade range, he cut me off and stated he would make it darker. I told him I would just like a refund. At this point I’m getting frustrated he’s frustrated and kept trying to tell me he would just make it darker. I told him again that I would please just like a refund and he huffed grabbed my receipt and started typing on the computer to process my return. I thought great, this can be over. But he then proceeded to quite rudely tell me that they don’t normally do this of tinted paint. I told him “I understand thank you for doing this for me.” When I put in my card and everything was done he grabbed both receipts and sort of like threw them at me from across the counter. The whole time I felt like him and the other associates were judging me and making me feel like I was stupid. He was very passive aggressive and very rude. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I did get a refund.

Wow, great help and assistance. I was able to paint my daughter's large room Chantilly lace in a few days thanks to their coaching and help. . . I love how close it is to my home, and glad to have them there is a dream! Chantilly Lace is a beautiful bright white color... Our dingy cream in the basement got a facelift with a bright white. Perfect for a new teenager room!

Absolutely wonderful customer service. My mom and I came in last second on a Saturday and we weren’t sure what colour paint we would want, the gentleman not only welcomed us in but also helped us find the colour we’d want without pressuring us or being impatient.

Great store. Very helpful and friendly. they have other stores throughout the valley and park city as well if it’s more convenient. They’re called Sandy paint, Salt Lake Paint, and Park City paint.
