2 employees walked right past me when I walked in needing help. Once I tracked someone down, they knew where the product was I was looking for. Not particularly talkative employees, which depending on the customer could be good or bad.

I was interested in a digital camera and wanted to see it in the box it came in because they don’t put them out. I wanted to make sure it was the one i wanted to purchase and the manager was passive aggressive when i asked about it saying that the only thing seeing the box would do is seeing a picture of what the camera looked like on it and all these other comments that insinuated he wouldn’t be grabbing the camera for me like i just need to buy it for $500 without seeing it. i left and felt like i wasted my time, don’t waste urs and just go online somewhere else. it’ll be cheaper and a better experience anyway

I've purchased a number of things here over the last few years and it's mostly been ok, but their products are severely overpriced and now they don't accept returns. Previously the advantage of shopping at Best Buy was that you could return something if it ended up going bad quickly, but at some point they changed their policy so it's only 2 weeks. I bought a power supply that lasted for 5 weeks and then failed and they wouldn't accept a return or exchange. Without the advantage of being able to return things easily/quickly/cheaply, there is absolutely no reason to shop here unless it's a throw-away item you just don't care about.

Best Buy is a great competitive electric company, but in-store experience has gone down. If I were to guess under 50% of what they sell are in stores so you will run into a lot of we don't have it in-store but we can order it for you. The staff is helpful and nice but for some reason getting help takes time and checking out is sometimes even slower even though only 5 costumers in store.
I recommend calling ahead have them check to see if they have it and have them pull for you to pick up......... or just order online.

Nice people but they couldn’t help me fix my laptop
