I recently purchased my dream home with the help of Scott Taylor. Scott walked me through every step of the stressful loan application process, was always there to answer questions and took the time to help me get the best rate possible. Scott really cares about his clients and it shows. His customer service is outstanding and soon I will be refinancing my loan with Integrity First Lending and will of course be working with Scott. Zero stars. * Didn't lock in my rate after 2 months of communication. * Rate ended up way higher than quoted several times.* Richelle Gailey, Senior Processor, will not take phone calls. And will not call you back. Customer service no longer exists.* Example: I sent them my latest paystubs, and they took s long to process my loan that I had to send them more paystubs. Not a huge deal, but an example of the not following through, taking a long time to process, and lake of Customer Service.My daughter also had a very similar experience and will also never use this company again.

Ok, we just finished funding our re-fi loan, our loan officer was Scott Taylor, he is awesome but I wish he could have given more details at the end but overall he is a very good loan officer. So, I would recommend him I would probably if I did another refi would do the business with him. He is very good. Thank you, Scott

Every Flavor Of Nightmare. Was very unfortunately recommended to work with this firm & Lexi Gleave by a sly real estate agent who was posing as a friend. Once that real estate agent was out of the picture Lexi recommended we use someone she highly recommended, Amir Kalay. Well, this man had one initial call then zero follow-up despite multiple attempts on our part. So, yeah- not off to a good start. But wait! It gets better- when things went beyond sour with Lexi turns out Amir was the one we had to deal with- who was her supervisor! Ugh. What a shady business. First time home buying experience. What a joke!Lexi went very quickly through the numbers and it took multiple calls/outreaches on my part to truly understand what was what. She showed up for those calls only after expressing my confusion. But then, after we began the loan process and were in need of further clarification she was unreachable for 7 days- in the middle of a deal! Her colleagues couldn't answer the questions and deferred to her, with crickets. She had some sort of family issue, which I could have understood, but BE IN COMMUNICATION with us to let us know and/or even better your colleague who can at least relay the answers!! I mean this is client service 101. I could care less of all the "rave" reviews this firm has, which Amir kept pointing out. Our experience was A NIGHTMARE! In finally having a conversation with her, it was all a guilt trip on her part. We're first time home buyers and this was our experience! This woman was beyond prideful and rude after we called her out for being unprofessional. She turned all emotional and was literally saying things that had nothing to do with our loan! After being at the stage of waiting for the loan to go through with some final details still pending Lexi basically HUNG UP and said we should find a new lender. What a basket case! In taking it up the ranks we had no choice at this point but to work with good old Amir- who didn't even give us the time of day previously. Seriously?! In order to just get this deal DONE we just dealt with him. He admitted she didn't carry this well, and basically skirted around not even responding to us initially. These folks have NO ACCOUNTABILITY!Even after all that, there were still additional things done wrong with the loan which resulted in WAY TOO much back and forth. It seemed almost as if these people didn't keep accurate notes in their internal system to know where things stood at any given point & what I had already provided them. This experience was EVERY FLAVOR OF NIGHTMARE. No excuses for what we had to endure. Thankfully, the realtor we did find, Michelle Koch, basically stepped in a took over what should have been Integrity Lending's JOB. She went to battle with Amir to get the deal pushed along. MAN! We should have gone with the company Michelle recommended for the loan. I get that rates are super low and many deals are being done, but c'mon! That is NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE FROM MULTIPLE PEOPLE! Regrettably, this company brokered our loan and I regret every moment of having to deal with that woman or anyone from this company. Please don't believe all the glorified reviews you read.

Jon was amazing in our refinancing process! Made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend! Made all the hard questions super simple and went into detail on my questions. It nice having someone who explains everything when you are still new at this stuff!

We had a difficult approval with late pays and a previous bankruptcy. I was pretty sure that we wouldn’t make it through underwriting, especially during the ups and downs of the Covid 19 pandemic. But Jon went way above and beyond to find us a great loan with a great interest rate! Most loan officers would have given up and said that our situation was dire and it couldn’t be done but not Jon. We are in a wonderful new home thanks to him! I highly recommend him and his team to anyone!

We have worked with Jon on a number of projects over the last 15 years and have been very pleased every time. On our current refi he got us a rate below 3% with some cash out and with a bare minimum of hoops we had to jump through. And above all, Jon did, and does, what he tells you he will do!!

Beyond amazing experience. Jon always goes above and beyond for me when it comes to home loans. Recently, he did a financial analysis for me and helped me consolidate debt, pay down debt and then get a lower interest rate with my home loan. He is not about just one thing, he covers it all. So when it is all said and done you are in a much better place all around. I cannot recommend Jon enough!
