Jeff and his team all worked very diligently to get our loan approved in a VERY timely manner. We had a missionary coming home in 3 weeks from the time we began the loan application process. We really hoped we could be in our new home prior to our missionary’s return. But we didn’t know if it was even going to be possible.
Jeff and his team made it happen! We closed and were moving in 2 days prior to our son’s return home! And our approval situation was anything but simple. It required a true professional with deep knowledge and expertise. We feel we simply couldn’t have done it without Jeff. He and his staff were all so pleasant to work with and extremely responsive.
Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about helping people with the best advice and mortgage products available. We were very blessed to have the privilege to work with Jeff and Northpointe Bank. Everyone went above and beyond to serve us!

Thank you for all your support! We appreciated Jeff and Brady’s guidance and advice throughout this process. They were very patient when we had to rewrite the loan details due to a change in loan types from conventional to VA. He carefully and thoroughly explained all of our options and helped us make the best decision for our family. They were very responsive to our realtor and answered all our questions. We started with Jeff and he allowed us to feel comfortable with the process. He was very knowledgeable about VA loans and the options we we hand to choose from. Brady finished the second half of the loan, and the continuity of care was really amazing. They were available at all times and very prompt with all of our questions. No matter how silly some of them were.

We don't often do Google reviews (that's how awesome these guys are). Buying or refinancing a home is incredibly stressful, Jeff and his team make it a seamless, individualized, easy experience every time. Jeff first helped us when we bought our first home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, organized, and thorough and truly wanted what was in our family's best interest. We turned to him again when we wanted to refinance our house and once again he exceeded our expectations. He took a lot of time going through options, watching the market for us, and talked us through our concerns--he always made time for us!
