My family and I have worked with Fink & McGregor for nearly five years including successfully completing two Re-fis. The latest refinancing of our current home was completed earlier this month.In both instances, the team at F&M was professional, responsive & always courteous. The outcomes were both very positive, but this latest round became complicated with a very low appraisal coming in July for our property.Together, we regrouped & reviewed all options. We started the process again, working quickly to update our files, secure competitive interest rates & schedule another appraisal (after teaming up to review facts about property values, etc).Despite extensive tree damage from a recent windstorm & the onset of winter (less fall foliage on our wooded property), the new appraiser looked at the Big Picture. He understood the lack of accurate "comps" in our neighborhood & spent far more time looking at all angles in his evaluation, visited our orchard & listened to me.I pointed out a similar lot on our block that recently sold but was overlooked by the previous appraiser. Net result: new appraisal was over 20% higher than before, making all the difference with our Loan-to-Value (payoff & cash-out) options.Thank you Jeff Stout for convincing us to try the process again.The role of Fink & McGregor included sound advice, patience & unwavering support throughout this multi-stage process. They steered us towards logical decisions & involved other professionals.F&M is surrounded by fantastic business partners (individuals & firms) from underwriting to the title company, we enjoyed working with everyone. Also, The online documentation transmissions were secure & the E signing process saved everyone a lot of time.The in-person closing was very efficient & even enjoyable in a relatively quick & very safe environment during these unique COVID19 circumstances.We highly recommend the services of Fink & McGregor, and we remain loyal to them for their solid track record. We refer friends & family to them without any hesitation. Jeff, Niesha & the other staff members do a great job of guiding their customers to excellent resolutions.Our expectations were exceeded every time, and believe me, I shopped around & was approached by many other lenders who made attractive promises that didn't always hold up. Their advice was not rock solid like that of Fink & McGregor.When I hear the radio ads by Fink & McGregor, I am happy to say they really stand behind what they say!

After the second attempt to get a quote, Jeff made it clear he wasn't interested in my business because I was looking for the best rate. Never responded to emails or called me back after that.

They made the whole refi process incredibly smooth and efficient. I was kept updated through every step and felt very comfortable working with this company to address my needs and concerns. There is absolutely no comparison when dealing with a local company versus a large national bank. They truly made me feel like a person, a neighbor, and not just a number.
