Quite a mixed experience. Kendall was great in helping me find the special paint I needed, but then at pickup she wasn't there and I was given wrong application tools, then when I notified them I was sent to another location where I was given different but still wrong ones again. Ended up going to Home Depot for help

I arrived at 5 pm sharp and as soon as I came in the guy said "we're closed!" He didn't care and when I said he would get a bad review he said he looked forward to it. Carma. What comes around goes around. This is a perfect example of customer service. From now on I will go elsewhere. If employees don't care about the customer then my dollars will be spent where I'm valued.

Josh was super helpful today. He answered all my questions about primer and gave me good ideas for what to expect as we cover some really dark walls. After taking to him I had all the information I needed to choose the primer I wanted. He got the order ready quickly and loaded the 5 gallon bucket into my van for me. I also enjoyed looking at the different color mix trifolds to get ideas for our space and they have a little table with stools to hang out and look at colors. We're excited to get to the painting part of our remodel!

SW has decent paint at decent pricing. I don't recommend shopping their unless you are a contractor or have access to a contractor account
