Great service and on hand inventory! Was able to go and pick up exactly what I needed when I needed it. Also got great recommendations on product ideas to consider vs my go to items. Resulted in me buying a Dewalt battery operated looper that has saved me tons of time! I’ll be back ?

We ordered door slabs at the beginning of June. As of September 24 only one is done. They can’t find the hardware for the doors. I’ve been here 4 different times and been told 4 different things. The door shop doesn’t seem to be running smooth.

So I came in needing supplies and I asked one of the workers for help her name was Mac i can't believe she smelled so bad I couldn't even concentrate on what I was asking for help. I personally think when talking to a customer hygiene is very important.

Mac was very rude at checkout she had an attitude the entire time I was checking out she kept giving me dirty looks as I told her one sec to grab my wallet out to pay and she got real impatient with me and I don’t appreciate that at all. She was also just sitting around playing on her phone and when I asked for help looking for something she would just get a attitude and roll her eyes it was a very unpleasant experience.

Mac the cashier was very rude. as I walked in she didn’t welcome me. She gave me a very dirty look. I walked around and grabbed what I needed and when I came back up she sat there and didn’t help me. the lady next to her recognized I was there and then immediately helped me. as I was getting checked out at the front counter Mac the cashier stared me up and down. And then turned to a coworker and whispered something in her ear and they both looked back at me. I was very disappointed in this behavior. They shouldn’t hire a kid at the store who can’t do their job properly.

We recently purchased new exterior doors from Colonial. The doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. Justin and Brett were great to work with. We will return when we have another home improvement project.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the contractor desk and have been paying much more than what I would have paid for the same product at Home Depot. I have placed 4 different orders for Trex decking for a total of around $19,000. Two out of the four times I picked it up at will call from the distributor and the other times at Colonial. The last time I went to Colonial the order wasn't there as they said it would be so I had to make another trip the next day to pick it up. I called today to place another order and asked if I could pick it up at will call. I basically received a lecture that I should know the policy by now that will call was for emergency purposes only. That was never explained to me. The way I was talked today was an experience that I really couldn't believe was happening. I also found out that I have been paying about 17% more for Trex than what I would have paid at Home Depot. That's around $3,000 more. Ouch. I placed my final order through Home Depot today. They were great to work with and there was no mention of any concern with me picking it up at will call. This is the same distributor where I have been for the order I placed through Colonial. Colonial has been a frustrating customer service experience and unfortunately financially too.
