Called to check if they had a drug I'm prescribed in stock. They took my information, then completely forgot about me. They kept me on hold for over 40 minutes before they finally hung up on me.

When this pharmacy is out of a medication for the foreseeable future, they refuse to reach out to the prescribing physician to inform them of the options available.I called the pharmacist while having a severe asthma attack. The pharmacist told me to speak louder because she couldn't hear me or understand me. So I spoke louder and carefully enunciated. She immediately started yelling at me that I had a rude tone. I tried to apologize and explan. She said that she won't help me and hung up on me. Apparently trying to communicate while having an asthma attack means I'm unworthily of asthma medication.

Never coming here again. I used the drive thru window and I told the tech I wouldn’t be able to provide my insurance but wanted to pay cash, she insisted on me looking for the card and after declining my offer again to pay cash she asked me to pull forward until I found it. I found it while she was helping the very next car but she told me I’d have to go inside. When she asked me to pull forward she didn’t say I’d lose my place in line, and I had sleeping kids in the car which is why I used the drive thru in the first place.

Do not get passport photos done here! This Walgreens has done us dirty twice. First of all it took a good 20 minutes to get assistance at the photo desk. Then the guy who took the photo was asking me if I thought it would work. Then I went to turn them in at the post office and they said the picture was too dark and too far away. About a year ago I had the exact same issue with my son. If you need your passport photos just do it at the post office directly it saves a ton of time, and it’s actually less expensive.

Gave me someone else's prescription (blood pressure meds) in my bag, doesn't answer the phone, fills prescriptions when I don't want them to, and keeps giving me the wrong birth control despite them putting it next to my name. Phone will hang up after being on hold for awhile, but its different times each time so I feel they are hanging up on me. Also their automatic system calls several times a week asking to do automatic refills. I don't want those, but as stated above it will just fill them anyways. Not all, but a lot of staff are unprofessional. Texting at the front desk and/or wearing stuffed animal backpacks. I once called asking to cancel a refill I didn't ask for and the lady said "it's canceled" and then hung up.

I find it really odd that Walgreens corporate doesn't come in and make a bunch of changes to fix the issues at this store. It probably has something to do with corruption and greed. The store is rotten to the core. I think there's grounds for a class action here, because this store is criminally negligent about getting people's prescriptions correct.

Agree with everything else thats been written. Slow, disorganized, different people tell you different things, and several of them are plain rude. (Disclaimer: techs Andrea and Cody are super nice)Not suprised they can't keep staff cause it just seems like a negative place. They have just a *gem* of a pharmacist, Scott, who refused to fill my mom's surgery pain pills (after a TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT) because he disagreed with the surgeon's orders. Scott was so condescending and rude that he made her cry. He acted like this surgery patient was an addict and suggested she was misusing her prescription just because she needed a refill. He didn't read the label and was telling her she was taking too much when she was following her DOCTOR'S orders. The surgeon's office had to call directly to convince him to fill it. (Even they said he was rude on the phone.) Then Scott proceeded to claim that we had already picked up a medication that we hadn't. He was addiment about it until he realized he was looking at the wrong thing. How about not jumping to conclusions and treating everyone like a liar? You might keep staff and customers if you acted like you cared about the ill and injured people you chose to serve for a living.

This pharmacy is completely unprofessional and does not bother to ever answer their phones. My husband has been having insurance issues with Express Script (not surprising) and was told he could only get his prescriptions from a walgreens or a CVS. However, nothing services being ineffective and worthless, no one told him when they filled it. So he attempted to call the walgreens in Bountiful considering he was at work and both of us work full-time with a 9 month old at home, he couldn't leave work so he tried to call. He was then on hold for 30 MINUTES.So he gave up, went to this Walgreens when he could, and then waited in line. Apparently whatever employee was working shouldn't have a job of any kind. She was on her personal phone, which is fine except, when you are expected to DO YOUR JOB. The phone rang while he was there, she looked up at it, and then ignored it. You are a pharmacy, whether you like it or not. You are required ro have a phone, use it. She was also very rude and u professional when dealing with customers. Also, whilst she was there the FIRE ALARM went off and they said it was an accident and everyone was ignoring it like it was a normal thing. Mistakes happen sure, but I have never experienced that at any pharmacy before and it just happened to be on the first day he ever used walgeens pharmacy.

Oh, if only Yelp allowed a zero star review option. This is easily the worst pharmacy in Davis County. They have no respect nor care for their customers time/health. They make up their own rules. Their staff is rude and unhelpful. Their pharmacists extremely slow. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life, and I had Comcast internet for almost a decade. Walgreens corporation should be ashamed of this location.

Took over an hour to fill one prescription. Waited in line for 15 minutes. They were having trouble with my insurance, that seemed to take them forever to sort out. It took two employees to figure out how to change insurance on a computer, once they figured that out, they asked me to wait for 10 more minutes (I don't know why), then they proceeded to help 6 other customers and they forgot I was waiting so I had to get in line my self, so that wait extended to 40 minutes. Blind leading the blind. Avoid at all costs.

These guys are absolutely terrible! It takes 30 F'n minutes to get a pre-ready script at 11p. You wait in the phone for 45m. You wait at the store an hour. Idiots waiting that have insurance issues they knew about before they came. Extremely slow staff
