I was looking for a vehicle that my son could use to go back and forth to work and take me to my appointments. While looking online for a car dealer close to us we came across Summit Trucks and decided to check them out. They had a car I was interested in and called to see availability. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we arrived they greeted us right away. The vehicle we were looking at to purchase had not been there long so we took it for a ride and asked them if they could hold it while we went down the road to look at another vehicle similar. We came back and agreed on the price with no haggle involved exactly what we were hoping for. They processed the application quickly and we were on our way. I would highly recommend Summit Trucks whether you are looking for a car or truck, there staff is amazing to work with.

Garrett @summit trucks was awesome and made the whole car buying process enjoyable. He spent the time to get to know us and took the time before hand to look up details about the specific car we came to see. We ended up buying the car and he was also great at helping us get the best price! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

If I could give them negative stars, I would. We live in Washington state. It is a 15 hour drive to Centerville, UT. First, they asked for $1,000 non-refundable deposit on a truck we were looking at. We asked them to change the wording on the contract to state "refundable" in the event there was something wrong with the truck when we got there. The salesman insisted that since the phone lines are recorded, there was no reason to change the contract. Reluctantly, they changed the contract to state "refundable deposit" . Within 1 hour, we received it, and returned the contract with the $1,000. One of the places we had to initial on the contract, specifically stated, "verbal promises would not be honored". They wanted our $1,000 and wanted us to believe that because the phone call was recorded, there was no reason to change the contract. This was the evening of September 11, 2024. We left early the morning of September 12th to go to Centerville to purchase the truck. 7 hours in to the drive, we receive a text saying the truck was sold yesterday. That means the entire time we were discussing the non- refundable $1,000 deposit, they did not even have the truck on the lot any more. I called the dealership. The salesman wouldn't talk to me. He forced me to go to voicemail. I imediately called back. The person answering the phone said he would have the salesman call me back. Get this. Someone called me back. It was not the salesman who insisted we pay a non-refundable deposit. It was someone totally different. How do I know you ask? Our salesman had a heavy accent. The person who did call me back spoke perfectly clear English. We are out $400 in diesel, a $500 non-refundable motel room, and an unneccessarily used vacation day from work. Thank heaven we insisted on having the contract state our deposit was refundable or we would be out that also. I contacted an attorney. Luckilly for this dishonest dealership, it would cost more to take them to court to be reimbursed than we would get back. Save yourself from being scammed. Look for your car or truck somewhere else.

Adam was incredible to work with. Coming from out of state, you are always hesitant to make the trip without knowing for sure. Adam was up front, honest, and fair. He cut through the fluff of a normal car buying experience and made it easy. I would make the trip again to do business with him.

Great truck buying experience! Payton was my salesman. He was very attentive and helpful going through my truck. Ryan is great going through the financing process. He was awesome and reassuring about a previous bad experience with another dealer. Straight forward and no BS! I never met BreAnne or Jake directly but were Great at coordinating and installing the leveling kit. Last but not least Dimitri is just a good guy to talk shop with. I thank you all with my purchase and I would highly recommend Summit Trucks for your next truck buying experience! Much appreciation! ??

Needless to say we left with a new truck…
Update to the review- while the truck is ok and the initial service was great. The follow up never happened after the heavy push for a Google review. There are a few things or minor problems that should have been addressed that wouldn’t have been found from a test drive…
The promise of follow up with no follow up leads to one less star for this review… but Troy got his review ?

Bought a truck from Summit Trucks today. The process was simple and I didn't feel rushed or pushed at any time. Garrett was helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions, even if he didn't initially know the answer he checked for me. First time buying a car from a dealer and the whole process was less stressful than I had anticipated. If I need another truck down the line I would come back.

Hazeus sold me a great 4Runner with low mileage and directed me to the service team when I needed new rear brakes shortly after I bought the vehicle. I paid for the parts and they installed for free. Brianne and the service team were very helpful with all my needs.

My brother and I were looking for 2 trucks and couldn't find a company with enough inventory to help get us what we needed. We went by Summit Trucks and they had exactly what we needed. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and a great experience. Garrett went above and beyond to make this happen for us. I would recommend for anyone in the market for a truck.
