I took my 12 year old Shih Tzu (8 lbs female) to Lorraigne at ShowerLove Pet Grooming Spa in Bountiful, and she did an amazing job. The salon atmosphere is peaceful and calm compared to other grooming salons we've tried. As my dog ages, she becomes more anxious about grooming visits but when I picked her up she was calm and at ease. The full groom/bath took approximately 2 hours and I was only charged the standard fee, no up charge due to my dog's age. I've already pre-booked our next appointment. I highly recommend Lorraigne at ShowerLove Pet Grooming Spa.

Do not go here. She wanted to charge me $30 dollars more, because my dog is 13 years old. On her pricing board it says the $30 is for behavior problems, not for elderly dogs. She said elderly dogs are special so it costs more. My quiet, loving, gentle, 10 pd. Shih Tzu doesn’t even bark. Her shop looks nice, but it’s just a show, she is very unpleasant. She is the only groomer.

A job well done! I have a large goldendoodle and lorraine did an exceptional job. I love that she only books one pup at a time, and she is so sweet! I felt so comfortable leaving my baby with her. Will be going to her from now on!

Such a good experience! My pup always gets anxious about groomers, but when I went to pick her up she was happy and still interacting with the groomer and it was a much more positive experience than we've had elsewhere.

Such a great experience!When I called to make an appointment with my regular groomer, I was informed that she no longer worked at my vets office. I really loved her and didn’t know how I could find a replacement for her.I looked at reviews for groomers in my area and finally decided on Shower Love Pet Grooming. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. Lorraigne was so sweet and gentle with my dog anddid.a great job with the grooming. She sat with me and went over exactly how I wanted my dog groomed. I would highly recommend her and am thrilled to find such a great new groomer.

Lorraigne is the best groomer in all of Utah! Truly cares about the animals and does a fantastic job! Her business is adorable and professional 5/5 stars for sure!!

Both me and my dog had the best experience here! My dog typically HATES getting groomed but she was so comfortable and happy with Lorraigne and her nephew. Lorraigne was also kind enough to show me the brushes she uses so I can better tackle my dog’s unruly mats between visits. It was truly such a wonderful, calm experience. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog in such kind, gentle and capable hands.

Lorraigne has been the best groomer we have ever found. She truly listens to what you want for your fur babies and always delivers the best results. She's very patient and kind, and we know our dogs are in good hands with her. We're so happy to have found her!!

ShowerLove was such a great experience for me and Isolde, my lab poodle mix. This was her first groom at 2-years-old and she is a little timid around new people. She warmed to the groomers immediately and I can tell she had a relaxing experience. Communication was great and I also appreciated that they were able to get her in on short notice. She needed a good bath, summer haircut and nail trim. She looks and feels great and I would highly recommend ?! Lovely staff!

Lorraigne took amazing care of my Lucy. she was so patient and kind. it's clear that Lorraigne loved the pets she works with and loves her job. they used nice high quality products and gave Lucy a truly spa-like experience.

This was my puppy’s first grooming and they made sure to make her first time the best and least scary experience as possible. Most places just want to shave your dog because they don’t want to put in all the effort. This is not ideal for small dogs in the winter. I was able to choose the grooming size attachment and give specific instructions on how I wanted her to look! They did a fantastic job and my baby did not leave feeling traumatized like how they do with many large chain groomers (I.e, PetSmart). They walked me through the whole process and showed me all the products they were going to use. I felt reassured and comfortable with leaving my puppy under their care. I will be bringing my baby girl here every time!

We just took our puppy in for its first grooming and couldn’t have asked for a better service! Lorraigne took the extra time it needed for our puppy to have an amazing experience so that he would wanna go back and not be frightened!You can tell Lorraigne truly has passion and a gift at what she does!
