I had an appointment with Kyla yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I left feeling beautiful, and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I love my hair, and I haven't been able to say that for awhile. Thank you Kyla!

Giving 5 stars ⭐️ to CHEYANNE CHILD for always doing an amazing job on my hair and for being a wonderful friend! Cheyanne has been my stylist for about 8 years and she never disappoints! She even shampooed and styled my hair for me when I had hand surgery and was unable to do my hair! I would recommend Cheyanne to anyone who may be looking for a new stylist. But any stylist at Roots & Company is great and you could never go wrong by going there!!!!

KRISTA CROFT. Amazing. Got my hair color and cut. Helped me decide what I wanted, was very patient with me, and my hair turned out perfect. My hair feels amazing and looks amazing! The hair appointment was fun and I’m glad I found her to do my hair! Thank you Krista!! ?

Very disappointed, did not get the haicut I requested. Paid $45 plus $15 as a tip because I was so upset didn't want to wait for Cori to go make change. My hair was very long down to my buttocks now it's shoulder length bob NOT what I asked for. Cori said she could cut my hair the way the picture was that I showed her. I wish she would have been honest and told me she couldn't do it. Taken me awhile to calm down enough to write this....Obviously not going to be a return customer.Service: Haircut
