Amber helped my friend and I rent a unit and she was so helpful. Even though she's a new employee she was very knowledgeable about all of the specials that they have going on and answered all of our questions. She was a delight to do business with.

My Daughter got a unit a couple weeks go and the Manger there was amazing. Even though the gate was broken on Sunday and I wasn't able to get in that day. They have great customer service.

I moved out of this unit in June of 2023. Signed their documents, and cleared out the unit. Every month since then up until the 30th of Nov. I’ve been charged $153!! I call Steve the manager every single month, he says he fixes it in the system and yet every month I get my card charged for $153. They don’t seem too concerned about taking my money and wasting my time having to dispute this every month!

Steve is the manager of this location, he’s unprofessional and extremely rude. He rented a truck that I had reserved to another customer who showed up 10 mins before me. He was smug extremely rude and unapologetic. Avoid this location if you care about customer service and want to be treated with respect.

Tremendous place and the most kind staff. Lets be honest here folks. Moving is a hassle from the varying expenses to the time consuming of packing its a beast. This Towne Storage made it so much easier for me. Very flexible on all fronts and willing to work with me and my unique situation. Always kind, polite and treats everyone with respect. You leave in a dignified manner and very great prices. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Great place to store your stuff. Its safe and the staff is honest and kind. Many thanks once again for taking one stress off the plate with moving.
