I needed a part for my work computer and didn't know what it was called, but the staff was super helpful and got me in and out quickly. I love it when I show up asking for a " thingy" and they can still. ???

Calling their number will send you to a call center in India (if you can get past the autoresponder). Though the agents are very respectful, they just don't know enough about the products to be able to help you and they will only parrot what's already available on the website. So if you can't find what you need on the website, it's best just to go into the store.
I've purchased a few things from the store and prices are a bit higher than what you can find online, which honestly I expected. But the biggest issue and reason for my lower rating is poor communication with some of the employees. I'm a non-speaking person and when I use the AAC app on my phone some of the employees treat me like I can't understand them or don't know English. I had one employee flat out stare at me without responding to my inquiry as if it was the first time he'd ever met a disabled person. I had to move on and find someone else to help me and I just generally felt unwelcome.
Many older products are no longer available. For example, all the speakers use only bluetooth and none of them utilize audio ports anymore, which I need for some of my AACs. There are a couple novelty items, electric scooters, and a few toys, like legos made for adults.

My goodness, get someone in customer service that can answer a simple question. All I wanted to know was if you have Serta office chairs available to try before purchasing one but to get an answer on that was too difficult. So still wondering, do you have chairs to come try before purchasing? And, after seeing the other reviews, it’s unlikely I’ll come look.

I have come to dread shopping at Best Buy. Whether it's random alarms going off the whole time you are there, being asked by four different employee's if you need help while shopping, only to have no one available to help you when it's time to check out, or the new terrible return policy (15 days is truly not enough time). This makes me sad because I used to love shopping at Best Buy. Now I would much rather just use Amazon. 30 day return policy and the convenience of my home, here I come!

Overall low stock on items and better option is to shop online. I honestly am not a fan of their stores anymore. Not the best deals either. You can add items to the shopping cart online, add your e-mail but not complete the order, than later you will receive a coupon to buy the items in your cart.

I have the replacement protection plan for a drone that I bought, and after being sent to this location because two other Best Buy locations didn’t have the drone in stock, AF Best Buy refused to honor my replacement protection plan and did absolutely nothing to help resolve the problem. Horrible experience, avoid this store.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at Best Buy. Bought a TV less than 24hrs ago. Get home and are excited to put it up. When opening the box the TV is cracked on the bottom of the TV and screen. After further investigation there is a very obvious crease on the box from it being shipped or stored improperly. We live less than 10 min from the store. We traveled with it properly home. After spending 500 on a TV and purchasing the extended warranty we were obviously careful as we have waited ages to purchase a TV and finally pulled the trigger. Left to return the next day as obviously it is cracked. Simply just wanted to exchange for a new tv. This staff refused. Management said they saw footage of the tv being loaded in the parking lot and that it was our fault. Refused to let us see the footage. Refused the exchange and acted as if this was not their problem. The assistant manager was extremely rude and needs a serious lesson in customer service. We were not rude we did not cuss or raise our voices. We simply asked the exchange be handled. Well we decided to try another store as clearly this store refused to do the right thing. When talking to another store and speaking with a very kind geak squad representative, he was willing to do what was right and exchange the TV. He inspected the box and saw the obvious crease informed us they had had an issue with some tvs from a poor shipment, and this must have been one of them. He was extremely helpful and a joy to work with. Stay away from this store they will screw you if they can.
