Good environment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mitchell greets everyone and acknowledges everybody that comes in. Would be great if it was a 24 hour gym and if they played music to get that gym feeling.

I love work out at gym I been going over there lately. I love walking on treadmill and lift weight too. Most of time on treadmill. Next time I go maybe 3 mile on treadmill sooner. Very cheap on price. ??

The class instructors are so helpful and very friendly! I always get a good workout when I go! Over all a great support system for meeting your goals whether it’s losing 100 pounds or just staying fit! And pretty decent prices for childcare great for stay at home moms who need to get out and get some personal time in I hear they also have a 5:30 am class for the working peeps
