David, my initial contact @ Wortham AC was clear in his explanations of the process of replacing our old HVAC. His team of Junior & Juan, both personable, responsible, professional and skilled. (I've installed 3 split systems in my homes on my own so I recognized skilled tradesmen) Price was too good to pass up! Thanks, guys!! Awesome work!!

We are so very pleased with the installation of our heat and air conditioner systems. From the sales guy, David Avila to the installation guys, they were exceptionally thorough and knowledgeable. We had a very old system that was installed many years ago. These guys were tremendous in tackling a difficult project with the utmost professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional project installation.

Our heating wan't performing correctly. Wortham Air Conditioning came the same day corrected the problem and had us back up and running. Highly recommend them. Great friendly service, reasonable rates and we will use them for our semi-annual maintenance going forward.

I have used them before with no issues. However, this time was different. I had spoken with 2 different people the day I requested service. Both had told me 2 days, not an issue as it is peak season. I called back on the 2nd day and was told no it would be 2 weeks. How did it go from 2 days to 2 weeks? I can see an extra day or 2 maybe. I have also found out that people who had work orders turned in after mine had already been seen and parts ordered. I believe that my initial assessment did not seem to be an expensive repair so I was pushed off until later...but I have no proof of that. I found a company that was here when they said they would be, assessed the situation and unfortunately found problems I could not see. They ordered the parts and installed a brand new system before this company could even come out to assess the problem.And no, I will not be calling the office to discuss the situation. You had time to discuss it when I was attempting to get a service call.Service: A/C system repair
