I bought a 2020 jeep Cherokee drove for a week the owner picked it.up they.put a fuse.. said it was fixed drove it to funeral in Oklahoma it die.again by now I'm really upset tow it back took it to Allan SAMUEL ITS STILL THERE!! haven't heard anything from.Woodway car.center..2 months later this is really messed up..

I would not recommend going with them. The website says “Your job is your credit, and we can get you approved for an auto loan with no problem, even with a bad credit score!” Which is a lie. I was not approved even with a high downpayment which I could’ve done more if they would’ve asked for a vehicle under 20k. I make just above 46k a year with bad credit and they got me disapproved with no problems and a good co signer. I was looking forward on being a loyal customer with them.

Went in there to look at a really clean truck they had parked on the lot, and happen to notice a GT Mustang being detailed off to the side. I inquired about the car, and found out it hadn’t been listed yet. I ended up taking the car on a test drive and fell in love with it. Kevin was super patient with all my questions, and Damon made the buying process a breeze! I bought a car I love at a GREAT price! Thanks again guys!

Contacted the dealership and spoke with Damon who was extremely rude and cut me off before I could even get my sentence out and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and he told me that they didn’t have a manager and hung up again. Extremely unprofessional.

Such an incredible place! Not only is the place beautiful but the people are awesome too! Fair negotiations and fair trade in offer, everyone that worked here was so kind and catering! We took our two and one year old daughters with us and they even had a play area with toys for them! I can’t recommend them enough!!!

They sell faulty cars...my car has electrical problems that started 3 weeks after buying the car. I will be notifying my credit union where my loan is held about this car lot.

I loved our experience with Woodway car center! They were all extremely kind and very friendly! This place is VERY fair and very catering to families! We brought our two and one year old daughters with us and they had a play area where we could keep and eye on them the whole time! They were fair in their negotiations and trade in offer! I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Not to mention the place was stunning!!!
