It finished and I went back in to grab a copy of the receipt which she provided with a few clicks on her register and handed to me with a smile and farewell.”

“Twice recently I've contacted this branch regarding a rather complex issue. Although the first person was unable to assist me, she knew who could. This was a relief in itself since I was dreading being told to call an 800#. I don't hear well and phones can be difficult. I contacted the person I was referred to and he was both patient and helpful. When I needed more information a few days later, I was again treated with the utmost courtesy by Danny. Also my initial contact person (Pam?) called the next day to verify I had received the assistance I needed. I have accounts with multiple banks and the service and online banking at Wells Fargo has out done them all! Thanks!”
