I am so glad I found this vet clinic. They were so nice and explained everything. My dog is a rescue and leary of strangers. They took their time and were so gentle with her. This is a gem of a place.

What a fantastic experience. First visit to this Veterinary Clinic. The staff were all extremely friendly and very informative. Both Dr. Martin and the technician Griffin were very thorough to answer all my questions and never once did I feel like I was being rushed. I highly recommend them.

Detailed, professional, quick, kind, and compassionate…this office is a wonderful place to take your fur babies. Dr. Katy Martin and Dr. Mike Walker have served our family faithfully over the years and go above and beyond. If I hadn’t received an email after hours from Dr. Martin recently our beloved 13 year old kitty may not be here right now. We appreciate all you do and your flexibility with our changing schedules last minute as well. May God bless your practice and the families in it. Thanks for all you do!

We switched from canyon vet years ago and it was the best decision we made for our 4 pups. Shockingly affordable. Definitely a different style and approach to veterinary care. Couldn’t be happier

Staff is super friendly and obviously love animals. Vet staff are very helpful with my shy puppy. Not pushy on unnecessary treatments and give follow up calls to check on treatment progress. 10/10 would recommend.

there are so many great things i can say about Apollo, my cats have been coming here since they were 8 weeks old and they’ve been seeing Dr.Boerner, i trust her with my pets and am very happy i found such a good place. Dr.Boerner is very thorough and gentle, you can really tell that she is passionate about her work. yesterday i rushed my younger cat to the clinic because she wasn’t eating and we were seen by Dr.Walker, he was very gentle with her and made sure she was comfortable and even did an ear slide for educational purposes (ear mites look way different than i expected lol) we ended up deciding to give my kitty an anti nausea shot and was told that if she doesn’t improve to bring her back, but the reason i wrote this review is because i just got off the phone with Apollo and they called to check on my cat and make sure she was improving, i was really impressed by the gesture and i really appreciate that they really care about my animals, at Apollo they will make sure that your pets are treated like family, i have never felt so confident about a vet clinic before and i have never had a bad experience here. they never judge if you have to get vaccines or spay/neuter done through a cost effective service and they give helpful nutrition advice, unlike other vets who will just recommend a prescription diet that doesn’t actually work. i will always take my pets to Apollo.
edit: last week i rushed one of my cats to the vet because he wasn’t eating, he was lethargic and throwing up. i was told he would have to have surgery, to say i was terrified was an understatement. Dr.Walker was wonderful, he let me watch the surgery so i could make sure my boy would be okay, he was even kind enough to work out a payment plan with me and it was much less than i expected. my cat was kept overnight and they listened to me when i told them that he couldn’t have fish or dry food, my boy is all better now and i couldn’t be more relieved. Apollo is and always will be my first choice for vet visits, thank you so much for taking such great care of Gnocchi

Had to put my boxer down and they were the only vet open on Sunday. Unbelievable compassion and love for animals was what I observed during my visit. I want to to Thank the entire staff for showing Rhondita so much kindness and compassion.

Awesome group of veterinarians, vet technicians, and other personnel. All very knowledgable, extremely friendly. and a great environment. I typically deal with Dr. Katy Martin find her to be very professional, warm, and easy to speak with. Highly recommend Apollo Vet for your fur babies!

Called in at 10am on a Sunday and had a visit by 11:30am. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating (our senior dog is a little reactive to other dogs, so she got back-stage access straight to a treatment room without any fuss).
Dr. Walker has treated my MIL'S Yorkie Chloe since he opened his practice in Wimberley. We travel almost an hour to see him, he's that good.
