I have been on hold for over an hour because they don’t want to pick up the phone and answer. They want to send it to an operator which places you back on hold! can’t get through to a real person when I literally live less than a minute from the bank, so I guess I’m going to have to go into the bank to task one simple question. make that 2... the first question is going to be why don’t you answer your phone?

Wouldn't take a $20 bill for a roll of quarters, no wonder you're sitting at a 2.2 star. Laughed at my comment that that was kinda weird, and not in the amused way, more like "Awe you don't like our garbage policy boo hoo" I guess a holes are bigger in Texas too. I bet that if it was your policy to lead jewish POWs into showers you'd do it by the book

Worst bank I have ever been with I have had hundreds and hundreds of dollars stolen from my account I call to report it and they tell me that I have to close my account EVEN WITH ALL OF MY BILLS SET UP THROUGH this account they are never nice always rude HORRIBLE ATTITUDES DONT BANK HERE YOUR MONEY WILL BE RANDOMLY “taken” and they will blame you RUN! Don’t bank here! And they have someone new working every week an employee that quit there told me they don’t give the people the hours that they promised and don’t pay them accordingly HORRIBLE BANK worst experience ever!

Opened a business account here today with Lindsey Hale and I could t be more pleased. The bank is welcoming, there was zero wait before being assisted by a personal banker, and the customer service is above and beyond. Im so glad we chose this local bank!

I needed to get an account set up for medicaid for my mother. After banking for over 15 years with them, they wouldn't do it nor work with me to come up with a solution. The account person who talked to my husband was rude to me when I called to get more information. I went to another bank and it was setup within 24 hours. I used to like my bank. If it wasn't the closest bank to me I would switch.

Terrible excuse for a bank! I have had an auto loan with First Financial for the past 3 years. I paid the loan off a year or so early only to find out that the loan officers have not done the paperwork to acquire the Title for the car that I purchased. Now, 3 months after I have paid the car off, I still don't have a title! Getting the loan office to do ANYTHING besides collect money is practically IMPOSSIBLE! Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere but First Financial Bank in Willow Park!

This bank tried to charge me $5.00 to cash a four hundred dollar check FROM THEIR BANK!!!That’s more than the avg 1% fee at a convenience store.

Every time I come to this location, I’m unhappy. Everyone is just “too busy” to help you, or they cannot help you but they’ll get back to you later, etc. I can see why customers are switching to online banks- you sure do not get customer service here!! I will definitely be moving my accounts elsewhere, and I do not recommend this bank to anyone!
