I've been here now for 3 years and I must say, the management team we have right now, Shawna & Vicky, by far, the best since I've been here at least. Both are super nice and very understanding which I always appreciate as a tenant. Thank you Ladies?

I just want to give the staff 5 ?!! When I came to inquire about the apartments I felt like I was already home. The staff really was amazing! Big shout out to Vicky Love! She went beyound to assure my apartment was move in ready. I love everything about my apartment from the hardwood floors to the spacious kitchens. a not to mention dust and mold free!! I’m looking forward to a couple of years here if God says the same.. Thanks Cricket Hollow for allowing me to call this HOME♥️

I definitely want to give a special shout out to Vicky she’s one of the office managers. I absolutely loved how she made the process way less stressful for my family by being open understanding and compassionate. She was so easy to talk to definitely an amazing staff member I feel like the other staff members could learn a lot from her customer service.

Just got an apartment here and Shawna and Vickie were an absolutely blessing! They went above and beyond to help me get into the perfect unit and I could not be more grateful!! 10 outta 10 absolutely would recommend.

I went in to cricket hollow to get the application and Shawna was there and helped explained everything to me answered all my questions very friendly and professional made me very comfortable and got me really hyped up about the process. I came to turn all the paperwork in and worked with Vickie who was amazing! Very friendly and professional helped me finish out the process kept me updated on the status and was able to give me time frames for everything being done and completed making sure I understood everything along the way out of all the places I've ever been to the management at cricket hollow has been by far the best ever amazing experience very professional and extremely helpful. I can't wait to move in! Vickie and Shawna are amazing!!!! The interactions with them alone make me super excited to move there!

I recently just moved in to the apartment complex back in October. I absolutely love Shawna and Vickie. I’ve not had to many problems that haven’t been resolved right away with the management or maintenance team. Honestly enjoy living here it’s quiet and all my neighbors are nice and helpful. Best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at.

Apartment # 1003I'm giving these apartments a one star rating. I've been here since 9/2023 and , the ac/heat unit outside my apartment has shut off continuously. Leaving me and my daughter, that has medical issues, without any ac or heat several times. I have sent multiple maintenance requests ( 11, to be exact) to the office for this problem and when they come out all they do is clean the unit. It will work for a couple of days and go out again. I've told the manager Shawna multiple times that there must be something wrong for it to stop working every couple of days and she gets an attitude with me when i questioned it.. she was very rude and loud telling me its not an emergency. This is a very unprofessional way to treat tenants.Maintenance came and cleaned it yesterday and by midnight it stopped working again. The apartment was freezing because we couldn't turn the heat on .The manager doesn't seem to care I need to have unit repaired not just cleaned.It took more than a week to fix the cover hanging from the light in the kitchen. It could have fallen on me or my daughter at any time.
