This used to be a quality manufacturer of American made products, but has switched to being a warehouse of China junk. Quality has tanked and customer service non existent. Switched to neoprene and never looked back!

???Someone is using your company on a website to fraudulently sell bulk clothes and items I spent 800 dollars to start up a retail and they didn't send me anything I bought???

This Company went out of their way for customer satisfaction when I had a damaged raft… And did sell after the Warranty Period. They did so very quickly and with minimal effort on my part. I can’t thank them enough for doing the right thing.

Love their product, they 100% stand behind their pool chairs. I ordered, had an issue & they replaced with brand new chairs immediately! Highly recommended..happy customer!

In this day and age, it is difficult to find a company that truly offers customer service that "wows" you. This company does! I placed a small order and had trouble entering my credit card information. The result was a duplicated order. Normally, you would find this out when 2 shipments arrived. TRC noticed the two orders and contacted me to question the duplication. I didn't have to contact them. The second order was cancelled and refunded immediately.This is real customer service!
